Arya wins, though I suspect Missandei, Podric, Wylla, and Lyanne would beat her easily if we knew more about them or could get into their heads. He's been under a lot of things for a boy, he is not even a made man, like Robb or Jon. Arya has a very sharp and quick mind and on top of that she is a total bad ass! Bran and Myrcella both have a sort of thoughtful intelligence.
