I mean we have to keep in mind that Bran is just a child and might not be fully aware that what he's doing is wrong just yet. Don't get me wrong it's horrific, but giving that sort of power to a child and expecting him not to hurt someone would be a real shocker.

Truth be told, I'm wouldn't be shocked if they were all the same person. I look at a lot of writing in my work life and I notice a lot of similarities, from the Jon Snow hate brigade. Small things, like them all having the same spelling errors, spacing mistakes and other similar things. Plus as someone who's been here for a long while, I noticed they all showed up, at around the same time.

Same, I find them rather funny.

Why not, take the risk Disney, lol

So is this their replacement Thanos, now that Kang has clearly failed them? I love Ineson, he's a great actor and was amazing as Cid in FF:16 last summer; not to mention The Witch and AGoT's in years past. I just hope they let him keep his Yorkshire accent. Don't get me wrong, he's shown he has a decent American accent, like the one he used on The Legend of Vox Machina, but much like Cumberbatch, I prefer him using his natural voice and accent.

So any news when Strange New Worlds is coming back? It really sucks that we're probably not getting any new episodes, this year, because of the strike.

Why would Varys help the son but not the father?
sifth replied to Tradecraft's topic in General (ASoIaF)
Just think Varys wants to create the perfect king. He doesn't care where or who's son he is. The guy is probably tired of severing madmen and drunks. -
Was Jaqen dead if Arya didn't give Rorge the axe?

Isn't Jaqen suppose to be from Lorath? Why would he be using a Braavosi accent? -
Funny how the right loves to call Biden old, when Trump is only younger than him by 4 years. Double standards anyone, lol
-
Trump is a bully, I hate bullies. I don't view Biden as a bully and he will be getting my support, for that alone. Not that I've ever voted Republican in my adult life, but them choosing a bully, has just made things particularly easy for me.

sifth replied to Craving Peaches's topic in General (ASoIaF)
I do wonder just when Jaqen discovers Arya's real identity. The only person she ever reveals it to is Gendry, so was he just lurking in the woods when she revealed herself to Gendry? -

Plus she’s a warg; I doubt many FM can do that. -

I don't like that theory very much. The literally have her kill someone in the final Arya chapter in ADWD. Who knows though, I've given up predicting on where George is taking her story, lol -

If so, we've yet to see any of it, from Arya's training. -

Just because Jaqen is a very skilled assassin, does not make him an escape artist. I highly doubt he would even be in that cage, if he was. -
Star Wars: Far Far Away From What You Want It To Be

With Bariss it felt like we went from step A, to B, to D. It honestly feels like there's a missing peace in her story. -
Them getting together during the Greyjoy Rebellion, seemed to solve a lot of problems, for both themselves and the people of the realm. Silly me, using logic and facts though.

See I liked Dooku's backstory and seeing him as a good person in his youth. -
Star Wars: Far Far Away From What You Want It To Be

For the record, Return of the Jedi was the first Star Wars film I saw growing up. I was at the video store and 1993 me, thought Darth Vaders mask looked cool, and my mother or grandmother, just picked any of the 3 films, at random. When you're a child, that film is mind blowing, even if you have no idea what's going on, lol -
That trailer looked so much fun. Even if there are hardly any more over the top violent R rated movies anymore, it still warms my soul, knowing we've reached a point, where we now have R rated tv shows.

I feel like almost every other day, I come on another one. The the most recent one that I hate, is that Qhorin Halfhand was actually Arthur Dayne all along. Something, about both being badasses and being ambidextrous, and both are about the right age. It's all BS though, in my book.

I can agree with that logic and to be fair, I have seen it done right in other IP's, like on Fargo; just sadly not very often. -

That's fair, though you and me do tend to disagree on nearly everything, so it's hardly surprising; heck even your icon is from a movie I didn't like. Also, I was not talking about The Bad Batch; I hated the first two seasons of that show and much like Discovery, vowed to watch it no more, because I knew I'd only be hate watching the show. All that being said, I hate seeing character development skipped over, I like seeing it develop organically. -

Sorry, but I disagree, if anything episode 6 showed me that George was right, when he choose to abandon his 5 year time gap for A Song of Ice and Fire.
