On days like that it helps me to just stare out over my lake and simply observe everything from water ripples to fishing ospreys. Basically decrease brain activity to minimum. My mum also had a transfusion so she'd be ineligible too.I only had a fasting blood test the first time I had one, I think I drink a good 6-8 glasses of water beforehand.I'm with you on the accents! It's difficult for me to determine who genuinely cares about me and who is fake and is messing me about. I just feel like building walls around me and shutting everything out because it hurts. I can listen to it all day :lol: It's such a perfect example of creating a tension and movement from simple effects, it just grows and grows but still keeps the simple melody through out. I'm keeping a count of headache days for the next month, anything more than 15 a month is a chronic tension-type headache apparently. Mine are not severe usually but they do impact me. This is the third day in a row with a headache :( Also gonna get my eyes tested soon just in case. I think these headaches are impacting my vision but not sure how How are you? But yes the spam has been really slow lately :P Managed to sleep an hour or so but it had no impact on the headache :( same as ever. He was a "victim" of that terrible weather and now his flat is dry again. The girl whom I got into GoT texted me about going to the zoo or for a work at the canal - I'm not decided yet.
