The Scabbard Of the Morning Posted June 27, 2016 Share Posted June 27, 2016 It's the best episode of the season, which if it weren't for all the crap and illogical decisions of everyone up until this point I'd been able to enjoy more. The KL stuff I still hate though, it's really just another larger scale version of Dorne in episode 1. Where a woman commits mass murder and hand wave, now she's in charge, even though she is not heir to anything, and everyone goes along with it. As many have said before on previous versions of this thread, D&D&C are checking off plot points they got from GRRM in that meeting they had with him a couple of years ago. In the process, all they care about is spectacle and shock, even that they can't do right because they are hacks. They don't give a shit about logical story progression, character development, motives, or anything else that makes a good story. They have their favorite ASoIAF characters and instead of objectively telling the story GRRM wrote, they are writing fanfic and bad fanfic at that. However, Arya may go to King's Landing next, not North. I bet Sandor will be the one to kill LF but I hope him and Sansa get reunited first. The last Sansa and Sandor scene was "To Be Continued" and so it will be. But both of them are more like the other now. Book story will be so much better, but I think this is their way of going there. Yeah and now that this season is over with, I hope we finally get that book before Season 7. Well, I cannot say enough how relieved I am with how Sansa ended up. Last week did not make her look good. She told Jon about LF and they made up. Good. I think she might save Jon's life again regarding him. Sansa though I think is in great danger from LF.
