With all of the resurrections running around I would be shocked if Jon actually got Caesar'd up at Castle Black. What is everyone else thinking? It's just that I think both is perfectly possible. In Jaime's case, I not only wouldn't be surprised at all if he survives his encounter, but am actually relatively sure that he will.
