[Deleted]
If Maggy's prophecy is to be believed, both Tommen and Myrcella have to die soon. Myrcella has already been mutilated, but thus far has avoided death. So far, nothing bad has happened to Tommen (besides eating turnips), but it would seem his death is coming. How do you think he'll go, and what impact will it have on Cersei?
Endymion I Targaryen
I think the Sand Snakes will kill him.Nymeria has already expressed her intention to kill him for revenge.Cersei's plan to kill Trystane and Robert Strong's true identity will make things worse. Cersei will become even more paranoic and blame Tyrion (again) for Tommen's death.

Big Daddy
I think he'll die early in TWOW. He's probably already being poisoned when we last check in on him in the books. Blount being his food taster may not help him.

Bazil
I'm pretty sure he will. GRRM has said s few people will polish the iron throne with their bottoms before the end so with only a couple books left...

Poison is a weapon of women, cravens and eunuchs, so it's possible Varys will poison King Tommen. Varys went as far as to kill Ser Kevin Lannister and Maester Pycell so I think he's personaly capable of killing King Tommen. I think Tommen will be killed off early in the book rather than later and same with Myrcella. I think there is a possibility Myrcella will be killed on her way back to Kings Landing possibly even by Darkstar finishing the job he started. Escorting Myrcella, Nym and Tyene back to Kings Landing there will be all sorts of people following the three hundred spears: squires, smiths, cooks and whors. Darkstar could disguise himself sneak through the camp and find Myrcella to do the deed. Its possibly. Prophecies are a big part of Martins books. Blood magic is the strongest kind of magic. In Maggie 's prophecy given to Cersi she knew how many bastards King Robert had as well as how many children Cersi had so it's not a stretch to imagine the rest of the prophecy to come true. Aderyn
I'm fairly sure he'll die soon. I only wish it would be something other than poison. Joffrey was already killed with poison and I'd rather see something different with Tommen. A different death for every Lannister actually: Joffy gets poisoned, Tywin gets an arrow in the gut, Myrcella potentially gets brutally killed by Darkstar or some assassin's knife, Cersei will be strangled, and Tommen... gets eaten by his kittens? I actually wish I could get something similar to the TV show. I really liked Tommen's exit by suicide and the fact that it was still as if Cersei had killed him herself. Obviously it's hard to see how this would ever play out in the books but at least I'd like for Cersei to feel like it was somehow her doing, and for Jaime to also see it that way. JonSnowed
THis is more or less 100% certain although he will die differently from the show it's just a question of when and how.
Aryya Stark
I think he will die early in TWoW as well. I can't imagine how but I am sure GRRM won't disappoint and it will be delicious. Although I like Tommen but I think his time is done.

PCK
I'd guess within in the first 200-300 pages. Myrcella needs to be queen for some time for that prophecy to come true. I think TWOW ends with Aegon on the throne.

For me the battle for Kings Landing needs to be concluded by the end of Winds so we can focus on the Others and the fall out of that in the last book. I do wonder if this obsession with Tyrion will blind Cersei to other threats - I think it definitely will with regards to the Valonqar (until he begins to choke her, I don't think anything will convince her it is Jaime) but there is potential for Cersei to miss other threats too. Threats like Tyene Sand. As for Tommen surviving Winds, I doubt that will happen. If many more people are to sit the Iron Throne before the end of the series, then Tommen will need to vacate it soon. If - as I suspect - Team Aegon win a great victory at Storm's End, KL will see chaos akin to that prior to the Blackwater, and in that chaos there will be opportunities created to remove Tommen from the game. Lorenzo98
I don't think Tommen will die in this book. As long as he is King, no civil war will tear the kingdom apart( except for the ones that have already broken out). I think Myrcella will die in this book because the ending of the story is getting closer and just one of Cersei's children is dead. I think Tommen will die in the last book. If Tommen dies there would be war to appoint the new king and in light of what has happened so far, it would surely be turned into a bloodbath. I want everyone to understand that winter is coming for real and the white walkers will destroy everything, leaving a trail of deaths and destruction behind them. A divided kingdom will not stand a chance against them.
John Reynolds
So the Golden Company will just park themselves in the Stormlands for an entire book while negotiating terms of an alliance with the Dornish? The crowd cheering on the false (mummer's) dragon on cloth is King's Landing. With the Dornish's help, Jon & co are going to sack King's Landing in book 6. Only question is whether or not the slayer of lies' narrative arc lets her move out of Essos in TWoW, because fAegon isn't going to sit that throne for very long. BalerionTheCat
I had this theory last year: poison. Probably by Varys to break the Lannisters - Tyrells alliance in time for Aegon. If Cersei didn't break the alliance before by killing Maergery.
norwaywolf123
Maybe Varys will poison Tommen or Tommen will die somehow. Acidentaly? Assasinated? Then Maybe fAegon Blackfyre can marry Myrcella. PS i think that Jon Connington will forcefully marry Arianne Martell to save fAegon for Margeary, Myrcella or Dany
Net-Viper X
I think they will get him with some type of poison that is not immediately fatal, but rather has to build up a certain fatal amount in your liver or something. Ser Boros is a very large guy and Tommen just a boy, so Tommen could end up with enough poison in him to be fatal to his small body without Boros ever ingesting enough to effect a man of his size. End result is Tommen dies and Boros is still fine so poison in the food is not suspected.
