Jose Stark
Simple Question.... Does it get rebuilt? does it stay destroyed? if someone rebuilds it will a Stark be on there or will it belong to a new house??
James Steller
We won't know until the new book comes out, but I personally hope it will be restored with one of the Stark children as leader of the North
Blk_cffee
Is it really destroyed? The boltons are staying there now. Since its a castle, a fire shouldnt do to much damage to the structures. I understand roofs and furnishings but really winterfells walls are there so it remains
Knight Of Winter
I'm inclined to think it will be rebuilt by Starks. One thing I'm sure about is that by the end of Dream of Spring it won't be inhabited by Boltons.
King of Winter-ish Stuff
No one will hold it but a Stark. That much I am sure of. Whether Jon sits in Winterfell or Rickon, it doesn't really matter. All that matters is a Stark is in Winterfell and the North will be happy. I think Manderly has Bolton outsmarted and is going to use his new fleet to block Roose's escape from Winterfell. So House Bolton falls and when Manderly produces Rickon, a Stark will be returned to Winterfell. And of course it will be rebuilt. No one wants a ruined castle as their keep (LF has never stayed in Harrenhal).
DarkSister1001
The giants, Hodor and Bran the Broken will rebuild. IMO

Since its a castle, a fire shouldnt do to much damage to the structures. I understand roofs and furnishings but really winterfells walls are there so it remains According to A dance with dragons it was partially destroyed and the Boltons had to put some money into it to make it livable enough to celebrate the wedding there so I'm guessing it still needs some work to get back to what it was
A spoon of knife and fork
I mean, it's got to go back to a Stark for sure. I favor Sansa I guess simply because I think she's most likely to survive the series. I think they'll keep the Stark name for any kids she has if she's the last Stark standing. It's not without precedent in the north (see Mormonts).
Twenty of House Goodmen
This isn't the first time Winterfell has been partially destroyed. It's been repaired before, and it'll be repaired again. One of the two remaining Stark brothers will inherit it.
Blazfemur
After Jon is legitimized by The Night's King (Stark), and The Night's King is finally put to rest in Winterfell's Crypts after breaking past the wall, he will bestow his title on Jon, as The Night's King In The North. believe that! Ser Greenseer
Bran rebuilds it because he knows Winterfell better than anyone alive.
DarkSister1001
Bran rebuilds it because he knows Winterfell better than anyone alive. YES! And Bran the Builder built WF, seems fitting that Bran the Broken (as he styles himself) will rebuild it.
Morgul-Blade
Bran rebuilds it because he knows Winterfell better than anyone alive. Especially with his newfound omniscience.

Roose on the Loose
I'm sure it will be rebuilt. But then it has to be restaffed. I'm thinking they should try to recruit Gendry for it's new armorer, and Hot Pie to run the kitchen. Hodor could go back to the stables if he prefers, but I think he could well serve as captain of the guard because he's really Bran. Bran is a tree. We all know that right? Ser Cold Fingers
Bran the Rebuilder! King in the North. I'll go for that I like that. Wun Wun can help.
Northbound3.0
Gets rebuilt. But before that, the Battle for the Dawn will take place there. It is called WinterFELL for a reason.
Grail King
The foundation is still there, unless all the trees get burned down it will get rebuilt. The two I think would rebuild it are; Bran if he uses the tunnels and gets back to WF, Bran the Builder 2 or Sansa.Sansa for two reasons, the snow Winterfell and this:I am Sansa Stark, Lord Eddard’s daughter and Lady Catelyn’s, the blood of Winterfell. JonSnow4President
Um, it gets rebuilt. The "final battle" will take place at Winterfell, since it is, you know, the place where Winter fell. [/drops mic]
Liz Stark-Targaryen
Don't count Arya out as a potential "rebuilder." Would love to see all the surviving Stark siblings rebuilding together, although I know I've got a snowball's chance of seeing it happen...
