Alright, I sorted the scenes from the trailer by location, put them what I consider the most likely chronological order and added my thoughts.
Those who know as the Collector of Casting Whispers will know what's coming. For the rest of you, be warned! Long post is long.

The Wall (Baratheon):
- sacrificial pyre at castle black
- Stannis and Melisandre in a tent discussing strategy
- Stannis explaining his plan with Melisandre in the background
- Stannis gearing for battle: "It is the time. I will risk everything."
- Davos surrounded by flames
- Melisandre turning around looking mildly worried
- Selyse lying in the snow at Castle Black looking distraught
--> My conclusions:
Stannis will march upon Winterfell sometime around mid-season to end-season. It will not go too well.
Mel will sacrifice Shireen and Selyse will be none too happy about it to her own surprise. This will most likely happen after Stannis marches
.

The Wall (Night's Watch)
- Jon's speech to Olly: "Winter is coming. We know what's coming with it. We can learn to live with the Wildlings or we can add them to the army of the dead."
- Jon Tormund and mix of Wildlings/NW in boats
- arrival at Hardhome
- battle at Hardhome
- Tormund at Hardhome, looking worried at something off-screen.
--> My conclusions:
Jon will try to explain to his fellow brothers why bringing the Wildlings at Hardhome to the south of the Wall is important.
He, Tormund and a mix of NW men and wildlings will go there to convince the Wildlings to come. It will not go too well for him either.

Winterfell:
- Ramsay and Miranda(?) having sex
- riders of the Vale arriving in Winterfell
- Sansa in the Crypts of Winterfell
- Roose speech: "Stannis Baratheon has an army at Castle Black. He means to take the North."
--> My conclusions:
The fArya plot is in. Baelish will hear of it and send Sansa up there in disguise as his representative to f*** it up. Sansa will reconnect with her Winterfell roots and do her own thing instead.
Meanwhile Roose will try to prepare for Stannis' assault
.

Vale (and Riverlands):
- Sansa out in the fields looking worried
- Sansa looking pensive
- Brienne and Pod near a carriage covered in snow
- Brienne swinging her sword
- Pod attacked by two riders
--> My conclusions:
Brienne and Pod will try to follow Sansa north. It will not go to well for them either
.

King's Landing
- Drop of blood from young Cersei's hand
- Cersei getting out of a litter
- Margaery and Tommen - wedding
- High Sparrow speaking to a high born (possibly Cersei): "You are the few and we are the many."
- Speech from Sparrow to Cersei in Sept: "We serve the Gods and the Gods demand justice."
- Sparrows smashing barrels
- Sparrows smashing statues of other gods
- some sort of trial with High Sparrow, Cersei, Tommen, Margaery, Olenna and Olyvar; Loras rushes at Olyvar and is detained by the Sparrows
- Margaery clinging to someone (possibly Tommen)
- Tommen ascending the steps to the Sept gets stopped by Sparrows
--> My conclusions:
We will get the Valonquar prophecy and Tommen's wedding as expected. The High Sparrow will order the Sparrows to remove sinful things from KL (drinking, whoring, false gods).
Loras will be arrested thanks to testimony from Olyvar. It will not go too well for him.
Cersei will confront the High Sparrow. It will not go too well for her either.
Margaery will seek support from Tommen. He will try to seek out the High Sparrow to help Cersei or Margaery or both. It will not go too well for him either
.

Dorne:
- Jaime fighting a Dornish guard
- Bronn fighting
- Nymeria whipping a barrel off a man's head while Obara, Tyene and Ellaria watch
- Sandsnakes marching through a tunnel
- Ellaria confronted by guards
- Jaime fighting Obara in Dorne
- Jaime being escorted to Doran
--> My conclusions:
Jaime and Bronn will arrive in Dorne and beat some Dornish guards and steal their uniforms.
The Sandsnakes and Ellaria extract information from the captain that got them there. They prepare to capture them, but Ellaria gets caught instead.
Obara will have a fight with Jaime. Doran's guards will break it up and he'll be sent to Doran himself
.

Meereen:
- Dany taking her seat
- audience with Dany, Barristan, Grey Worm, Missandei, Hizdahr and Daario
- Dany delivering speech: Lannister, Baratheon, Stark, Tyrell, they are all just spokes on a wheel. This one's on top, then that one's on top and on and on it spins, crushing those on the ground. I'm not going to stop the wheel. I'm going to break the wheel.
- Unsullied rushing through the alleys of Meereen
- SotH killing people
- SotH fighting Unsullied
- Daario and Greyworm entering a house in Meereen
- Daario to Dany: "Clean this city out so the rats have nowhere left to hide"
- Dany in bed with Daario: "I'm a queen, not a butcher." [cannot understand Daario's reply]
- fighting in a slaver pit
- Rhaegal breathing fire
- Dany reaching out for Drogon at night, Drogon flies away
- Jorah fighting in Daznaks
- Dany in Daznak's box, turning around, looking scared
- SotH rushing into the pits in Meereen
- Daario fighting SotH in Daznak's
- Dany, Jorah, Missandei, Daario and Unsullied surrounded by SotH
- freed slaves and masters fighting in meereen
- Harpy being torn down
- Missandei kissing (dead) Greyworm
--> My conclusions:
Dany will finally have a conversation with Barristan about her father and the involvement of the other Great Houses. She will have none of it.
Sons of the Harpy will appear and slaughter both former slaves and Unsullied, prompting Daario to suggest smoking the out and killing them all. Dany is reluctant.
Dany will join Hizdahr on a trip to a slave market (possibly to pick out fighters for the wedding).
Sometime before the wedding, Rhaegal and Viseryon will break free. This will attack Drogon who - once more - won't listen to Dany.
Dany will see Jorah fighting in Daznak's. Mayhem breaks out, Dany, Barristan, Missandei, Jorah and Daario will confront the SotH in Daznak's.
Drogon arrives.
In Dany's absence, Meereen totally falls into chaos. THe Harpy is torn down. Greyworm dies
.

Essos (other than Meereen):
- Arya lying down, playing with the coin of the HOBAW
- Arya looking worried
- Varys and Tyrion in disguise crossing the bridge in Volantis
- Tyrion in disguise
- Tyrion looking up as a dark dragon (very likely Drogon) flies away
- A girl in an Essosi city surrounded by people who worship her
--> My conclusions:
Not much new info here. Arya's storyline will follow the books. Vary and Tyrion will go to Volantis together and get separated there.
Tyrion will actually see Drogon while on the road to Meereen.
No clue who that girl is. Looks like she's in Volantis, though.

Unknown:
somebody punching through a palisade (possibly Hardhome)
A crow landing on a dead body
--> My conclusions:
Not a clue. Could be anything and anywhere
.

So all in all: Winter has come. The dragons, harpies and sparrows are loose. Everyone is f***ed.

THAT was a trailer!

I loved every moment of it!

Dany is talking about Westeros for once, I assume after she's been given news of the current situation by Tyrion, and that's awesome by itself, maybe we can even expect her to leave Meereen by the end of the season!

Tyrion arc is also interesting, he won't be in Gryff's boat but he has a ton of things to do now that he's in Meereen... Allthough I guess this means most of his self-loathing has to be cut, then, unfortunately.

For the High Sparrow: I'll hate him, I'm sure, he's a fundamentalist, and with Jonathan Price's face you have to be evil... But I'll love him being evil! He's the perfect match for Cersei, as Joffrey was the perfect match for Tyrion!

On Dorne: I hope they don't screw Jaime up with this new storyline, this is one of the main uncertainties in the series. If they get things right, they may come up with an intense action driven plotline, introduce many awesome characters, give Jaime his AFFC arc (after all, if there's no LS, he can be in any non-completely-loyalist region) and make the Myrcella plot way cooler, with Jaime and Bronn instead of Arys and Darkstar.

But if they get things wrong, having Jaime fall in love with the first Dornish whore he happens to meet, ruining his arc and making his plotline a pointless series of sex and violence, they'll lose me and many others.

For the Wall: I don't really understand how far they want to go with Jon and Stannis. If Hardhome is soon in the season, Stannis might go to Winterfell and Jon have his cliffhanger, otherwise... Another season of Jon arguing with the rest of the NW? What for? I don't know, I liked Jon's arc in ADWD, I hope the show won't make him just a weepy child. He's too cool as a leader for D&D to lose him, so I'm still hoping.

Back on the hot topic... Sansa in Winterfell! :D

I'm one of those who think she'll definitely take Manderly's role, not only as Bolton false friend but maybe even as a Frey Eater: Turner told us she's having a "disturbing" scene which would, in turn, make her stronger... What would suit better than her making/eating Frey pies? Of course, that might be too much even for HBO, but still she can be a huge player inside WF walls, pretending to be a Bolton ally.

I'm positive she won't be recognized by anyone - we never saw her with any Bolton loyalist who'd be there in the show, after all - except of course for Theon, who might not make her escape, but he'll definitely help her to fulfill his arc. Maybe, if Sansa doesn't end up killing Freys and Boltons, he may help her kill Littlefinger, to "match" Turner's disturbing scene.

On a side note, Aegon has not been presented... Doesn't mean he hasn't been casted, thought!

^ This. We've had footage of every battle in previous trailers, even clips of Baratheon horsemen cutting down wildlings. If it was in, we would have seen at least one Baratheon/Bolton soldier in action.

I don't like how they are spoiling Daznaks in the trailers. Anyone can pause the trailer and see the arena littered with dead bodies, and Dany surrounded by Harpies/Brazen beasts, it may not be a trap as big as the Red Wedding, but they really shouldn't let people put 2+2 together.

But we see Tyrion on a boat when he sees the dragon.

Could he travelling down the Rhoyne? You know just like Young griff and company who travel down the river

Based on what we saw of the season, I think we'll probably see him and Varys travel together until Volantis, and then he'll be kidnapped by Jorah and get to Meereen either as Jorah's prisoner or as a slave (probably the first one, for me, as we see Jorah and Tyrion on Dany's side), meaning he will travel down the Rhoyne, but he'll more likely see the dragon when he's arriving at Meereen.

Of course, Young Gryff may be "hidden" somewhere in the journey (THAT would be a surprise, for non readers!) but he's not easy to introduce and we heard absolutely nothing of him, so I wouldn't bet on that!

No Sam, Gilly or Aemon in the trailer. I'm guessing that their trip to Braavos or Oldtown will happen with the accompanying spoiler.

No clue about the babies, since I'm not sure about Dalla/Aemon Steelsong (unless she was secretly cast).

snip

So, basically, it will not go well for a lot of people

:P

The battle of ice is unlikely to be this season, otherwise wouldn't we see a glimpse of it in the trailer?

It seems so. I wonder if, with Sansa at Winterfell, there will be a battle of ice at all. That has the potential to cheapen Stannis' arc. After all, he'd be marching either for nothing or to end up facing a Stark of Winterfell.

Then again, maybe Sansa dies.

No clue who that girl is. Looks like she's in Volantis, though.

Unknown:

somebody punching through a palisade (possibly Hardhome)

A crow landing on a dead body

Not a clue. Could be anything and anywhere.

So all in all: Winter has come. The dragons, harpies and sparrows are loose. Everyone is f***ed.

Do you think that it means stannis dies this season??!!

Well, it's Dany. History and self reflection aren't her strong fortes

If there are more Northern Lords, which we don't know, LF could be playing the suspicion card. Sort of "Oh, yes, she's my niece" in public while letting the suspicion that the last living Stark (as far as people know) is at Winterfell with an army sink in, in order to sow chaos.

And if Sansa is marrying Ramsay, imagine this dialog

Someone: Hey Ramsay, your wife is Robb Stark's heir

Ramsay: Yes

Someone: Robb Stark was the King in the North. By all rights, she's the Queen in the North, the Lannisters be damned

Ramsay: Uh?

Someone: So when you marry her, you'll become the King in the North... which means your father will be your vassal ;-)

How do you think Roose Bolton would take such a pretension?

BTW, there are slaves rallying to some brunette young woman, any idea who that might be?

Wouldn't be King, would be Prince for the same reason Prince Phillip isn't King and Prince Albert wasn't King either back in the 1800's

Besides they'd be going the "Warden" route given they are loyal to the Iron Throne

This is tricky because of Sansa Stark is married to Tyrion, at the same time while she needs High Septon to annull it, I guess they can get some other women to confirm her marriage to Tyrion wasn't consummated and have it annulled in front of the Old Gods

They could be ignoring the Crown if they are preoccupied with their own issues and marrying Sansa to Ramsay

Still think they are having Sansa there as Alayne Stone given she has dark hair, if she is there openly as Sansa they'd just revert to red hair again. Alayne Stone and Ramsay Snow make sense as legitimised Bastard children who only close relatives of now high lords and warden of important areas, they'd be snubbed by trueborn suitors despite the power involved but this way they can have an alliance in an IT loyal Riverlands/Vale and Bolton led North

As for Dany, she was simplistically dismissive of Ser Barristan trying to explain the dynamics of the rebellion given the narrative Viserys raised her with in the books so it doesen't surprise me if she has a simplistic mindset in the show either, of course it has nothing to do with crushing the downtrodden on some kind of wheel but everything to do with the fact they are filling the void left by the Targaryen ousting. This despite Tyrell loyalty during Roberts rebellion... Of course it's worth noting she didn't say the Martells were part of this metaphorical wheel

I'll be unimpressed if this is part of some Dany whitewashing rubbish (hope to see her go Fire and Blood on everyones ass) but if it is part of showing her simplistic close-mindedness it is fine,

I like the Unsullied vs Brazen Harpy's shots, the Gold Masks look mint, particularly the shot of the guy tilting his head etc

Battle at Hardhome and Daznag's Pit. Thats already stretching the budget very thin in the final few episodes. I'm guessing they are going to toy with us like the book does and we will have to wait until season 6 to find out what actually happened.

I think it's a misdirection. The trailer makes it look like Daznak's will be about the Sons of the Harpy arriving, when really it's about Drogon arriving.
