Wall Flower
If Lyanna did indeed go with Rhaegar willingly, then it would be clear which man she wanted. The man whose bed you want to be in is always going to be more appealing that the man whose bed you're being forced into.

But this time the choice is YOURS (maybe it was all along, probably was, but we do not KNOW for sure, yet). And also this time, hindsight is 20/20. You know what happens to the Kingdom if you leave with Rhaegar. You also can see your future life with Robert (saying he never usurped the throne) But you are able to "see" the fury on the Trident that day if you did leave with Rhaegar, and what Robert was willing to do. You know Rhaegar is a little flaky, he is after all a married Crown Prince and has a severe case of depression and you know you might end up on a pyre if you do not produce male heirs. But you also know he is a super, super decent human being. You also know Robert will NEVER be faithful, and cause quite some embarrassment to you and your family when he has 50 bastards running around. The choice is yours. Its a tough one to call, as long as the whole story isn't known its really just a guessing game. But given that the supposed ending is "bittersweet" I'm going with the assumption that whatever goal she might have had choosing Rhaegar will be achieved by doing so. And given that plus what a sad excuse for human being Robert is she clearly made the right choice.

Lady Blizzardborn
Did I answer this already? Neither. Rhaegar is too serious and bookish (reminds me of myself) and Robert isn't grounded enough. Someone somewhere in the middle would be good.

Little Scribe of Naath
IMO, both men are incredibly off-putting. Oberyn is hands down the most attractive guy there, in terms of personality Sadly, I think he would actually made the best fit for Lyanna as well, considering her adventurous, bold nature. Oh well... Well, she knew that Rhaegar was married, had two children and a mad father. She also knew what kind of results broken betrothals have in Westeros. If she couldn't put two and two together she was more idiot than Vic. If she knew and didn't cared she was a selfish idiot brat.
HoodedCrow
Maybe Lyanna had some guidance from a weirwood.
