I'm not sure about Del Boy voting Labour ethier

Looking at the breakdown, there's a direct correlation between age and thinking Del Boy's a Tory: the 18-24 age group thinks he votes Labour by a margin of 62%-9%, a margin that steadily decreases until you hit the over 60s, where the margin is just 39%-33%.

Not sure how much this counts as politics but... http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/2012/apr/07/class-warrior-boat-race

Here's his "manifesto" http://elitismleadstotyranny.squarespace.com/

My opinion is that he's a bit of a fool, and I don't see his suggested actions (towing away Nick Clegg's car?) doing anything to make the world a better place. Judging by the comments left on the above site, most people feel the same way.

Who knew our Chancellor was such an innocent in the ways of the world?

Apparently Mr Osborne is 'shocked' - shocked! - to discover that some of his fellow millionaires avoid tax. Gasp, faint, etc. You might previously have imagined that this sort of thing might have come up a time or two in conversation, or that Mr Osborne's own accountant might have mentioned it. But no, apparently George had no idea this sort of thing went on. I'm sure he's totally sincere about bringing it to an end. *firm nod*

What do we teach them in schools nowadays?

Incomprehensible maths, I believe. What was wrong with learning your times tables by rote and then never ever having to worry about the subject again once you'd squeeked through passed your O Level?

'Tax Planning'. If you haven't set up a trust fund in the british virgin islands by the time you are in the lower sixth that channels the earnings of cigarette sales to first years and prep schoolers to a charity that employs you on an occasional basis as a consultant then you are never going to make headway among the young conservatives.

Heh, define normal. The ability of elected mayors to even be evil is pretty limited although the guy who won Doncaster made a good stab at it by stopping the provision of information in Braille to those who needed it.

True, I just don't particularly like how the London Mayor Race is just tit for tat between 2 people of very different personalities.

I really can't stand Ken and some of his views and while I don't particularly like Boris either he is like I say the lesser of 2 evils in my view.

Doncasters Mayor sounds even worse!!.

Oh, personality-wise I don't think Ken and Boris are all that different, really.
