He absolutely excells at playing petulant little twats too. Something about that guy's face makes me instantly want to punch him. I don't know why. They've probably already cast someone and are filming with them but what do you guys think? I normally get told I look way younger than I am, but if I can convincingly seem older than that would work for playing somebody who was supposed to be older. Starkfaithful85 Posted July 7, 2014 Share Posted July 7, 2014 hoult would be a great grab but i think he would be too expensive...as for campbell-bower call me prejudice but I don't want anyone from twilight or the mortal instruments to play a targ...eddie redmayne is a great actor, i liked him in pillars of the earth, but a kid with that many freckles should not represent the blood of old valyriaits funny how smeone mentioned peter from narnia and bjorn from vikings, i have always pictured aegon/faegon in my head to look something like either of them, now i am not sure if i will be able to picture someone else in that role. The Martells are supposed to have a Latino/Indian look and Nicholas Hoult is whiter than marshmallow fluff. Not to mention that he's supposed to be a film star these days and Quentyn might not even make it into the show william moesely for ageon would be good whoever said that He's still my number #1 choice and no other candidate has convinced me. He could be the new Sean Bean for the show- famous for a role in a big movie franchise. Newstar Posted July 13, 2014 Share Posted July 13, 2014 It's looking less and less likely that Aegon will be cast, but my dream casting is Robert Sheehan. He actually looks like he could be related to the actors playing the other Targs in the show. Show Targs have wide-set green eyes, great cheekbones and are played by brunettes; this all works for Robert Sheehan. He's got the right build for Book Aegon, too: tall and lanky.
