Zephyr Winters
He's already old and yet he never once got married, or refused to get married. It is never known that he visits brothels, rather it is implied he detests them. If he dislikes both brothel women and women fit for marriage, then isn't GRRM implying he is a homosexual? He doesn't shy away from war and battles and the company of men. I am sure you think that is a fish comment on my part, but seriously, if we see it in a logical fashion it would fit in with the theory that he does prefer the company of men. That he doesn't act on these feelings sounds like a closet case to me. I doubt he is asexual, his battle prowess is testimony of his testosterone and testosterone is what makes men's desires click. I'm just thinking GRRM will let it be known by the end, like JK Rowling admitted Dumbledore was a homosexual by the end as well.

His personality of course, he is a dutiful man and I would also call him honorable. In short, the kind of man who would dislike brothels.
Queen Sansa Stark
It is possible that he is gay, but my headcanon for Brynden Tully is that he is asexual :D
Zephyr Winters
not enough evidence, pure speculation... There wasn't evidence for Dumbledore's homosexuality either, just the lack of interest for women. He's a good reference for Blackfish.

Are marriages and brothels the only way to have sex with a woman in ASoIaF? He doesn't shy away from war and battles and the company of men. How does this make him a homosexual? Is there any text evidence for the Blackfish speaking very fond of a man, any proof of deeper feelings towards a man? No? There you have your answer. NO. Lord Thornhart
The only possible theory for Blackfish's gay orientantion is refusing to marry, yet the book makes it pretty clear he didn't want to spend the rest of his life with a greedy Redwyne just so Hoster can get rich. He's a warrior, what does the part about being around other warriors prove? He seems like a serious yet caring guy who wants whats best for the future generations of his family, not in a jealous way like Jon Connington. And he's not a pervert, unlike every other gay character.

Roose The Weddingcrasher
Ofc. Just as Eddard, Robert, Jon Snow and Davos, Brienne, and even Sansa, according to some posters.(Seriously though, there is no other plausible explanation from his alienation from Hoster)
