So I went swimming early this morning. That was fun.

Also, I had a meeting about benefits today. Now that my hours increased I was really excited for the benefits to kick in. Turns out, to insure a family of 3 it would cost nearly $1000.00/month.

Husband's insurAnce is the same rate. The affordable care act which we have through kaiser right now is $556/month. I complained a lot about that being way too expensive. I guess I should shut up.

Also got my hair done. We are chatting with the hair dresser girl and this man comes in. (to a pink-green-White color themed beauty salon for women, no problem) And he's like Hi, do you guys do male intimate waxing here? ATM they are playing on their individual iPads. They are 7-8 years old. WTF?! What happened to books and coloring and magazines and dolls and matchboxes???

I totally understand where you are coming from. I mean when you get yourself into shit, you'll just say Oh well and take a mental note not to do this and this again. You learn at your own cost. But when somebody else gets you into shit... not fair. Somebody else can make mistakes too, we are all human, but at their own cost, not yours.

Yeah I meant matchbox cars, but to be honest, yes, we did play with matchboxes as a kid because in kindergarten and primary school we often made doll furniture from matchboxes in Art class :O :smug: And I liked to play with giant cardboard boxes, I set up a home for my stuffed animals in a television set box once. And I think I even put my sister into it. No wonder she always made those fuck-off faces on photos as a toddler.
