Fat Mac
Nice. I'll probably buy this. I haven't bought any of the D&E stories because I don't want to shell out the money on three separate books.
Ser Jake
Even though I already have the stories in hardcover form in their respective anthologies, I am definitely excited for this and will be purchasing.
Black of Hair and Heart
Anyone else think/hope that Martin will release the rest of the D&E stories like this going forward? I suspect he might use them as a way to recharge after Winds (especially now that the show finishing before the books is inevitable). He's already got a draft of The She-Wolves of Winterfell. Even by the standards of his writing pace, two more in a short period of time doesn't seem unreasonable. It'd be great to get three new ones in one fell swoop rather than piecemeal in anthologies. Raving Stark the Mad
Per Not a Blog. With new artwork. http://grrm.livejournal.com/406858.html Finally! A frickin piece of news with a source that I can actually fricken believe! No leaks. No stupid guessing. Thank you Apple Martini! You win for having the OP with the least amount of BS. Isobel Harper
Sweet! Looking forward to this, as well as the She-Wolves of Winterfell. (But he won't release She-Wolves until the end of the ASoIaF series, right? I don't remember if this was speculation on the board or if it was something I read in a SSM.) His update from 10 months ago says no She Wolves until Winds is done. As I mentioned above, I'm hoping he uses these to recharge his batteries and we can get three new ones at once next time! http://grrm.livejournal.com/365715.html

sifth
Already own these short stories, is there any reason why this should interest me, aside from some new art work that I could probably just view online?

Ramsay's Penguins
I won't be buying, but I'm excited for the art, especially the banners. However, since there is going to be a few more D&E tales, I can't say this is spectacularly timed. I'll wait and see if we ever get a big book of ALL the D&E tales. Ser Eric
I got a bit excited until I realised it was just a rehash of of old material. Might have even wasted my money if there was no art in it and thus not ridiculously expensive. Sigh...
Lord_Pepsi_Cupps
The stories have all already been written and previously published, but somehow the October 2015 publishing date will end up being more like March 2018
Hardstone
Does anyone think there will be appendices (like the main books), heraldry (like the graphic novels) or even a new family tree at the end of the book? That would be another new reason to buy other than the artwork for me.
