There's some new on that here:

You ready for it?
Okay.
I’ve heard from a source whom I trust, who has provided us reliable information going back several years, that Rory McCann was seen recently staying at a hotel in Belfast commonly used by HBO and Game of Thrones cast members during filming.

Currently, McCann has no other projects scheduled, or any other reason to be in Belfast that we’re aware of. Book readers have their theories as to how the Hound- or rather, Sandor Clegane might return. But it wouldn’t be the first time Game of Thrones has diverged from the original story if they choose a different version for the return of Sandor Clegane.

Oh yes, I'd read that and squealed and I'm definitely more optimistic. But I want pictures or a verified confirmation from the actor/ directors, etc before I 100% believe.

My question is, if Theon is on the Iron Islands, then where's Sansa?

She'll probably forced to marry euron lol.

Ian McShane is a great actor but I feel like he's not right for randyl tarly. He's too short, and I imagined randyl as an older but more fit version of sam. Not as fat but husky in a muscular way.

Hear me now, listen to me later! McShane's Sam's dad. ;-)

Sorry to break the news :worried: but WotW just confirmed that McShane will not play Randyll but instead will being playing someone associated with the Riverlands/outlaw group storyline.

Ugh, he would have been stellar as Randyll Tarly.

But he will probably be Septon Meribald then. He has that rugged war veteran feeling to him.

McShane will be great in anything he does, but he would have thrown down as Randyll Tarly. Oh, well.

SNOWBOWL anyone?

Wow, that is some major stuff.

Together with the Spanish publisher's interview about fully expecting a 2016 release date, it is a very exciting news day.

And I'm going to pat myself on the back, because not only did I predict this, but I said it's the only way getting rid of Stannis makes sense, and I love it. I'd much rather see Jon take back Winterfell than Stannis. There's more emotional weight to it. Stannis could care less about Winterfell.
