I feel so bad for Kit.  Too bad the interviewer didn't bring up the pics of him on set this year.........it'd saved Kit all the bother.  I blame D&D for this.

It's like the season 6 memo said dead and exciting (dynamic!) When "stay tuned" would do the trick nicely.

Really, imagine that.........they could have just shut the fuck up, ya know, and left it at....stay tuned.

I'm still a page back, see ya on the flip side, LOL

The problem with actually catapulting babies into Riverrun is that it could come over as  comic, like Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

But isn't the show already hilarious by now?

Run away! At least they could substitute farm animals for babies.

Now come on, do I really have to cue up.......Benny Hill and the Sand Fakes?

Of course I do, LOL

The fun starts one minute in, HAHAHAHA

ETA:  OMG!!  I need to find a version without dialogue.  I just hit I am Obara Martell......daughter of........a man who would cringe with shame at this shit.  ~shudder~

Actually, I do remember one series called "Massada" that was on the BBC about 30 years ago.  Everyone nicknamed it Mascara because it was so bad.

But, there was one bit where the Roman were hurling Jewish prisoners by trebuchet into the besieged fortress.  It was meant to show what   heartless bastards the Romans were, but people just found it very funny.

I can't remember now.  It was by Michael Palin, IIRC.

I remember a few, or more, years ago.....one of the History Channels doing a show/series about medieval times with Monty Python's Terry Jones.  It was quite amusing, and he'd dress up and all, iirc, while actually imparting knowledge.

Oh, and Myrcella Porne Princess Barbie hikes up her skirt because the dress doesn't fit her properly, she can't walk in it. It's falling off her shoulders, too. This show is so off, one expects to see spandex leggings underneath.

Oh, and I suppose Bronn putting Tyene down calling her "a little girl" (had to go there with yet another one of those, eh, show?) led to the "My boobs will not be ignored, Bronn" scene. Seriously? That any of this made it out of the writer's room is just sad.

Alleged leaked description of Jon in S6 (i made a thread about it but it needs to be aproved) :

"He [Jon] comes back from death and abandons the Nights Watch, twisting his view of duty into a sick ambition for power as he "legitimises himself" by claiming right to the Kingdom of the North, becoming a dissonant mirror of the worst qualities of Ned, Robb and Stannis to become a feral beast of an unliving, unloving northern king.

Backed by opportunistic northerners that are driven by bloodlust and revenge and fuelled by the mysterious magic of the foreign priestess of his spiritual predecessor, Jon Stark shows how good can be tainted totally."

No idea why I'm quoting myself, I was trying to quote GeorgeIAF's post again...

The alleged leak you posted is not a leak, just a comment someone posted on 4chan, 10th post down:

http://boards.4chan.org/tv/thread/65216229/its-happening-whos-it-going-to-be-boys

Thanks for this. I already started to panic. But to be honest I do not really understand how the worst qualities of Ned and Robb would lead to an ambitious/feral monster, unloving northern king. I think Robb's and Ned's mistake was they even loved/cared too much? "A feral beast" is even how Robb was described by his enemies and was used as a propaganda against him, a complete lie. So I even do not understand on what this speculation is based on. I think he might be rather a Hungry Wolf Reborn (Theon Stark) but I do not think you can describe him as "his view of duty into a sick ambition for power as he "legitimises himself" by claiming right to the Kingdom of the North".

(I have of course to defend my two darlings, aka Ned and Robb).

And the series will be again the same as the end of season 5. For which person are we rooting for? Jon ("feral beast"), Ramsay and his 20 Good Men or Batfinger. That would be so fun /sarcasm.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. There are plenty of theories that are backed by the text, and many more that aren't, and all were created by fans.

We don't know if he'll be resurrected via Red Rahloo or not. Heck, we don't even know if he's dead dead, and not just injured. We may each favour one of these options as what we *think* will happen, but at this point it's all speculation.

But the idea that Jon will come back as a ruthless power-hungry half zombie is as  unbelievable to me as him joining the silent sisters.

You used Red Rahloo too. :D

But apparently he spent a lot of time on an other project Doctor Faust (play which starts in June; when will he have time to film for season 7?) ... who knows what happened to him? (says the 's advocate)

ah.......the good ole Corn Code being disavowed.  Thanks for that fun trip down memory lane, LOLOLOL

I still think "corn" is important: it makes a connection between the 3EC (who says "corn") and Mormont's Raven (who is obsessed with "corn"). And it certainly does want to signal Mormont's Raven is special. Apparently ravens eat normally meat and Mormont's raven don't; something addressed by Maester Aemon who says then MR is a special bird.

But I think that is the only meaning of "corn"

Well, that's about plot. Just read the story to find meaning. And rule of three is for dramatic effect, he uses it all the time. It means... it just sounds good that way! Omne trium perfectum...

(A good author would never use a code, the very idea would be abhorrent.)

Yeah, and if we take into consideration that the main person behind Robb's downfall was Tywin "Lawful Neutral" Lannister... it almost makes the post a bit more credible, like something the Ds could actually do. But given their apparent favouritism for some actors and characters, Harington included, I think the poster from 4chan was just going by the Ds apparent understanding (!) of the story.

And yes again, I love Red Rahloo, it sums up perfectly how I feel about R'hllor. :P

And agree about the use of "corn". I think  important when looking at the 3EC and Mormont's Raven. And also the Corn King refs etc. There's stuff to pick there, but I never really put much faith in the Corn Code theory, as interesting a read as it is.

It's 4chan so. I can see D&D trying to do this. Jon will be changed but to this....it will be interesting to see what's left of good old Jon Snuuu.

And Stranger. Even better if he had a name.

Just the series with only the animals; but then all of them: Stranger, the kittens, Balerion, Raven, the direwolves, Honor, Glory, ...

And Dany's horse (she is NOT dead!), her Silver. And DOG! How could we forget Dog. And Sansa's friend at the Fingers, the hound.

Well, there was Craven, but no name. "She was a good enough horse, but Arya could not love a coward. Stranger would have fought."

(Arya acknowledging via subtext that she likes the Hound! Well, they did add that last season. A girl is lying to herself.)

Wolves! Nymeria's pack of man eating wolves. I miss Nymeria. Fierce!

"They say the pack is led by a monstrous she-wolf, a stalking shadow grim and grey and huge. They will tell you that she has been known to bring aurochs down all by herself, that no trap nor snare can hold her, that she fears neither steel nor fire, slays any wolf that tries to mount her, and devours no other flesh but man."
