So, I pose the question (apologies if this topic already exists), if you could pick two charachters to square off in Single Combat, who are they? Assuming they're in their prime and alive, I'd like to see: Victarion Greyjoy v. The Hound Daemon Blackfyre I v. Arthur Dayne The Mountain v. Ser Duncan the Tall The Damphair v. Greatjon Umber Illyrio Mopatis v. Wyman Manderly - It'd be a fight over the last slice of roast boar. Bronn v. Daario Naharis Mance Rayder v. Tom of Sevenstrings - Bardstyle rap battle. The Queen of Thorns (Olenna Tyrell) v. Old Nan Hodor v. Strong Belwas Wylla Manderly v. Tommen Lannister - Because if she fought Rickon they'd end up in a different kind of sword fight All 3 of Dany's Dragons v. Tormund's Member - The world will be rid of dragons a second time. I often wonder how Jaime contained himself in some situations like at the hands tourney during the feast and I also wonder If King Robert ever concerned himself with having the kingslayer guarding him and if Jaime was capable of "making a habit" of kingslaying! Regardless, I am ultra curious as to how Robert would handle himself against Jaime Lannister, and it would be fascinating to watch a potential audience of Cersei and Tyrion and Tywin and even Ned Stark, and their reactions during the combat. Jon Snow vs Godry Farring - Purely because I think it would be funny if Jon picked up the glove only to be slapped around by an actual knight with plenty of war experiance. UnGregor plus greatsword-version Ice, vs everyone - Boss fight. Prime Robert Baratheon vs Prime Lyonel Baratheon - There can be only one top Baratheon. Mandon Moore vs Balon Swann - Hard to tell with these two. Shadrich vs Lyn Corbray - I think this one is actually going to be a thing in the next book...
