Sorry, but the Dems have been pathetic. They've been run over by Kavanaugh at every turn, they've allowed him to interrupt him over and over and they've allowed him to filibuster completely. Kavanaugh is going to get confirmed. It was obvious from the get go that he was going to filibuster, waste time and work the refs. Everyone should have known based on his previous testimonies that that was going to be his strategy. The key is Blumenthal caught him at the end and Kavanaugh knows it. He may very well get confirmed, but Ford clearly came across as the credible witness, and all of his dodges on the FBI investigation will haunt him.
