Azor Ahoy!

In this ending is Bran out of the Cave?

Sansa as Queen i agree, "I will make them love me"

Rickon in Riverrun? Fostered by the Blackfish?

That would be nice, Rickon the Blackwolf.

Bran's basically looking through the Old Gods like he did in ADWD :)

Yes I have always wanted Rickon to be fostered by the Tullys; it's the only way to calm him down. Also I really love the idea :D

 sorry why is Sansa sitting in the small counsel?

Nothing is worse than Jon being king as end game

Jon, Rickon, Bran, Arya, and Sansa all meet up at the end and have a jolly good time:

As Arya entered the main hall, with Needle in her hand, she saw her family all sitting in a small circle around a few candles. Sansa sat next to Rickon, laughing at something Jon Snow said. She could see Bran leaning up against a grey direwolf whose name she never knew; he smiled quietly, as if he understood something they didn't. Another grey wolf was simply walking around the little group. It must be Rickon's, Arya thought, Ghost is white, Bran's wolf is with Bran, Lady and Grey Wind are dead, and Nymeria is lost. Jory and I threw rocks at her because it wasn't safe. A single tear ran down her face as she remembered that day. But that was long before Winter, and it was Spring.

I could stop there, but no!

Bran's wolf looked up, but not at her. He was looking at a different direwolf, the one with no voice. Arya recognized it to be Ghost, Jon Snow's direwolf. A pair of red eyes stared unrelentlessly at her. Soon all three wolves were looking at her. Suddenly, it felt foolish to have brought Needle with her. Rickon began to say something, but he stopped when Jon Snow noticed that their wolves were all looking at something. His eyes followed their glance, and a smile crept up on his face. Arya knew she didn't belong with them; How many times had she tried to find her family, and failed? As silent as a shadow, she walked back to the arch. When she got there, Arya turned around one last time.

Jon Snow was still smiling at her, and it was then she remembered Braavos. The Kindly Man asked me to forget Arya. He asked me to get rid of Needle. But I wouldn't. Needle was Jon Snow's smile. Again, Arya crossed the hall, and sat down between Sansa and Jon Snow. Family was always just a word to Arry, Weasel, Nan, Salty, Cat and no one, who had no family. They all were her, and she was Arya of House Stark; she had a family.

Arya smiled at her siblings, who in turn smiled back. "Little sister," he said, mussing her hair.

"'The lone wolf dies, but the pack survives,'" she said under her breath, finally understanding what her father meant, and then once again so everyone could hear.

:crying:

I think the last line of the story will be something that implies a continuation, nothing final like "and then it was over". Something like "The realm is reunited, although at a heavy cost, the war was over, though Westeros is in ruins. All that is left is a Dream of Spring, once Westeros is brought back to life again. But one thing never changes. The Game of Thrones." Something that doesn't imply rest and recovery, but rather that life goes on, with all its good and bad aspects.

I'm hoping it ends with Bran's PoV, whilst watching the future through the trees :)

He sees Sansa in KL, Rickon in Riverrun, Jon in Winterfell polishing his sword like Ned used to and he watches over Arya wherever she is…

The train moved towards Hogwarts, And Bran's scars have not pained him for nineteen years. All was well. :P

"Mommy please, tell me the story again! Please, please, pleaseeee!!!??? The one about the Prince and the Walkers and what happened with the Dragons and their Mother, and how the The Dwarf Lord saved us all with his wits and bravery, tell me about the Assassin Princess! The Assassin Princess!!! Mommy, please!..."

"All right, all right! But you have to promise me that you will be a good little girl that won't go exploring the forest by herself anymore!"

"...Buuu, but I saw her! It was like she was telling me to follow her into the forest!"

"Saw her? Saw who? Out with it now!"

"... It was, it was The She-Wolf from the story! I know it, I just know it. She is so big!"

"Lyanna, child... How many times did you see her?"

" 6... but she never lets me get too close, always bolts away! The last time I was almost standing next to her before she ran!"

The mother sighed but smiled at the same time. Beautiful grey eyes holding secrets searched for the big blue ones that belonged to her 9 year old daughter and found them full of questions and excitement.

"Darling... I think the time has come for you to know the whole story, the real Song of Ice and Fire!"

:P

Bran jumping on the bed woke him up. "Catelyn," Ned said, turning to his wife, who was standing by the window, "I've had the most awful dream."

She turned to him, "There's nothing to worry about. Luwin said a raven arrived today - Spring is here."

As she turned to flee, Sansa slipped on the icy steps of the Iron Throne, the frozen swords biting into her flesh. Cold hands grasped her white throat and lifted her, kicking, into the air. The piercing blue eyes of what had been her brother met hers, fading slowly. Rhaegar's son, Jon Snow, the Night's King, the demon made of ice and snow, opened its tortured mouth and whispered, "Winter has come."

Wow... I actually really like this a lot.
