I also feel haunted not knowing what the Freys did to his body after they had their 'fun' with it. The lack of detail is good but leaves too many disturbing scenarios open- buried in an unmarked grave, hung from the Tower gates, head on a spike, thrown in the river, Grey Wind skinned and now a rug, Robb's head sewn onto Grey Winds body. :ack: I want to believe The Young Wolf and King who brought back Independence to The North (assuming one of the Stark kids/Heir carries on his title and aim) gets his rightful place in the Winterfell crypts.
