lol.

Yeah, that's hilarious. Even if the show is good, he won't be in season 2. It's Sean Bean Karma - he should have died hundreds of times in "sharpe" and as such he must die in every other TV show/film he appears in.

TnT doesn't scream quality to me but we'll see

LOL. I love that, Sharpe Karma.

I saw a trailer for this and am not really too fussed.

WilliamJm was the first person to tell me about the theory - it made a lot of sense

I always thought it was the other way around, Sharpe is a safe haven where Sean Bean does not die created because he dies everywhere else.

Nah, Sharpe's pretty old isn't it? I don't know where he was in his career but I think he's pretty young in it?

It'd have to come first :P

The first one came out in 1994 and the latest in 2008, so I imagine that they eventually became a safe haven where he goes to not die.

1. Yea, guest we all thought the same thing.

2. I don't think quality is the word you are looking for. The Closer/Major Crime, Falling Skies, and the new show, Murder in the First are all quality shows. They don't take any risk, and never go beyond being a quality show . Its kind of like CBS light, as in not as many bangs, booms, or girls in short skirts.

I'm set to record this, but am thinking it may be a bit formulaic and boring. Ali Larter is in it, and I like her, so I am hoping I'm wrong.

You are obviously a person of discriminating taste and fine judgment.

The chick from Varsity Blues? Yeah, the whip cream scene was great.

So, anyone watched this(besides me right now)? Although it truly isn't very much inovative outside the genre, the MC is probably one of the most original and interesting MC's I've watched/read about. Can't wait for more :D

It's kind of boring, honestly. I'm not that impressed so far. Mr. ES and I keep randomly shouting, "I wish he was Ned Stark," if that tells you anything. :D

we watched the first episode and hated it... well probably watch a couple more --out of respect for SB-- to see if they cut down on the "network lack of believability blueprint"
