Little Member
I can't tell which of these characters has less sense of humor.
Howlin' Howland
Stannis is one of the funniest characters in the whole series so I'll have to go with Jon on this one. http://asoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/topic/66319-stannis-humor/
Cold Crashing Waves
Jon is basically Eddie Murphy next to Stannis. Hell, everyone is, but that's why we like him.
JonCon's Red Beard
There is two kinds of humour in the world: the snarky humour, which demands people to use their brain a little bit more, and the other one.
assjfjgjsgjljljglgjfjsduar
I think they both have senses of humor, it's just too dry for many people to recognize, let alone appreciate.
Northbound3.0
There is two kinds of humour in the world: the snarky humour, which demands people to use their brain a little bit more, and the other one.....and there is your answer. Thread closed. Both have shown to have a sense a humor, using their wit to showcase it. Case and point: "Was that jape? With Stannis, one can never tell." Señor de la Tormenta
when Daeenerys has ever done a smart joke? can someone provide a quote? When she said "Im the blood of the dragon I can make myself a hat" she was being serious, so it doesnt count.
The Reckoner
Jon's a wet blanket at the moment, but when you realize that a, what 15-16 year old, is in charge of a force full of murderers, thieves and rapists, its easy to see why he's a bit subdued, maybe even seemingly overwhelmed by everything. Stannis had sardonic bits, like his commentary on Craster's practices..."...this is not King's Landing."
RoamingRonin
Jon. Stannis is hilarious.
El Guapo
Stannis is actually a pretty funny guy. Jon, not so much.

new djinn
"One day I may make you a lord, smuggler. If only to irk Celtigar and Florent. You will not thank me, though. It will mean you must suffer through these councils, and feign interest in the braying of mules." Jon is far less funny.

sj4iy
I'm going to go with Stannis. Stannis is clearly good at making sarcastic remarks, but Jon can appreciate those with a sense of humor and laugh at other people's jokes. Stannis really doesn't. JoeyBanana
Stannis is the fictional testimony that you can be hilarious despite having a stick up your arse. Jon does appreciate humor, btw. Why do you think he likes Tormund and Edd?
Knight Of Winter
Anyone who thinks Stannis has no sense of humor should read this:http://asoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/topic/66319-stannis-humor/He truly has some of the most hilarious lines in the series. Jon, while not quite at the same level, also occasionally delivers a snarky line or two:Mel: The king has grown fond of youJon: I can tell. He has only threatened to behead me twice.
