By elimination...Bronn was a badass sidekick, but a sidekick for hire. He's really a free agent, with not much loyalty.Jorah is Dany's sidekick in a way, and as badass as Bronn, but his infatuation and dodgy motivations before that crosses the sidekick line.Podrick has been a good sidekick for two people now. But his badass quotient is pretty low. Still, he's been there when it counted. Sam's badass quotient is around the same as Pod's, but in his best act of ass-kicking, he slew an Other ! Yet, he is still not a big force multiplier for his boss (Jon). So my vote is for Davos Seaworth, the Onion Knight, the guy who lives dangerously; he flights with utter failure so many times and yet manages to protect and keep his boss honest by challenging him.
