Your question confuses me. We could be much better this year for any number of reasons, some of them attributable to Olsen and some not.

There's lots that goes into it, yeah? Tactics, player selection, substitutions, and so on. Benny is the one who made the decision to play most of 2013 with Lionard Pajoy alone up front, that's on him. We had no organized tactical plan to speak of in 2013, that's on him too.

2014 was far better. Playerwise we added some great talent -- Espindola, Rolfe, and so on. I'm glad we have those better players, though that might be primarily Kasper's doing. I'm glad they got all that playing time and those starts, and Benny gets credit for that. To what extent is our improved performance down to competent tactical decisions, and to what extent is it Espindola et al forging their own path? Is Olsen responsible for the vastly superior performance of our Most Improved Players, like Lewis Neal?
