But that speech is pretty famously loved.I bet there are even people who dislike Gilly's baby. This would be an interesting poll. The wise selfless old men tend to be popular too, particularly the first one: Maesters Aemon, Luwin and Cressen. Davos is likely the least controversial POV. James Arryn Posted June 1, 2015 Share Posted June 1, 2015 Davos tops the list, IMO.Myrcella and Tommen, Yoren, Benjen, Aemon, Garlan, Pod, Old Nan, Shireen, Beric, Mya Stone, Edric Storm, Courtney Penrose, the Halfhand, the Reader, to a degree the Blackfish.None of the series long major POV characters are universally liked, but Arya probably comes the closest, as more who aren't completely on board seem saddened or disturbed rather than disliking her.
