ljkeane
No Odegaard either. Boring.

Mexal
At least Odegaard is on the bench. We may see him in the 2nd half. I'm pretty excited for that.
Raja
He was never going to start given the lack of football
Consigliere
Emile Smith Rowe has been doing an excellent job as well so Odegaard should have to earn his place instead of walking into the starting XI over a player who has been playing very well. Idk if Arteta is thinking of using Odegaard in a deeper role - I've never seen him play in a double pivot.
Raja
Smith Rowe cannot play all games, we've burnt out young players before and Odegaard can play where both Smith Rowe and Saka play. Because at the moment the alternative to ESR is Willian and that is no beuno
Consigliere
I know. I didn't say that ESR should play every game or that depth was not needed.

polishgenius
It's a good sign for us that Arsenal's main route of attack so far has been to trying to dribble the ball past where Aaron Wan-Bissaka is.
ljkeane
Arsenal are doing quite well getting the ball into the final third, then they just keep having a pop from about 30 yards. It’s a bit low percentage.
polishgenius
We have very clearly adopted a tactic of havin AWB join the attacking trio every so often which is very funny to me. Shame for McTominay to go off, and it means Pogba has to drop deeper which he has been better at and we've been better at facilitating recent weeks, but still, not ideal. Raja
Yeah, we haven't had that composure in the final third! Lucky not to be a goal down, tbh.
polishgenius
Despite my concern we improved quite a bit after Pogba went central. He's controlling the passing now. AWB's commitment to being our new no9 hasn't been exploited yet even though with McTominay off there's much less cover when he does that.
ljkeane
Arsenal bring on Willian for Martinelli. They’ve obviously given up on getting the win.
polishgenius
Big relief to see Will.I.an coming on. I assume Martinelli's got a knock or is just still not 100% and felt something.
A Horse Named Stranger
Meanwhile forget about the outrage of professional footballers getting professional haircuts (despite lockdown). That's for amateurs. Tolisso (Bayern) has got the right idea. A new tat despite tattoo studios being officially closed now, and also posting picture of him getting inked on social media, with neither tattoo artist nor Tolisso himself wearing a mask. polishgenius
Lacazette Harry Kanes Pogba then Maguire Harry Kanes Lacazette. At some point that's gonna become a red card offence.
