Falcon2908
I don't like Penny. I don't care if she dies. She's so annoying. I'm glad the TV series dropped her

Orphalesion
People who are still in the story? Arya, she's boring and annoying, already disliked her in book one. Whenever I turned the page and see "Arya" written over the next chapter I sigh. The Greyjoy Uncles. Stannis. Everybody in Meereen. Ser Jorah. Lord Vance II
Any Martell or anyone else in Dorne. Queen's men Any Slaver's bay character who's name is just a string of syllables Sweetrobin.
MinotaurWarrior
I can't bring myself to care about pretty much any of the Stormlords (except the Evenstar) the non-frey non-mallister riverlords, or anyone in the Vale other than the Royces, Sweetrobin, and Lyn Corbray. GRRM has a remarkable ability to make me care more about three and six year old children I've never met more than adult characters who have appeared on page and presumably had personalities. Oh, and also of course the Dornish Shaggy Dog stories are tiring, but I kind of care just because I wonder why GRRM is "wasting" our time with them. Barristan Selmy is boring af Arianne
Lurid Jester
Arya mainly, because she's so damned young 90% of her story feels ridiculously implausible. With the introduction of her character in GoT I'm actually having an easier time with her in the books. Aging her up held a lot.
dariopatke
Penny, Arya, Obara, Tyrion, Jorah, Daenerys, Lolys and Bronn,...
Kenton Stark
Everyone in Essos. GRRM could have just have Dany arrive in A Dream of Spring like FAegon did in ADOD. We could have had the last book in the series last year and not been bored to death reading about 1/4 of the chapters in the series.

The Young_Lion
1. Brienne - so pointless, rigid, unintelligent and annoying 2. Shae - primarily because it brings out a side to Tyrion's I dislike

Batbob45
Selyse and her queen's men who are not name Brus-Brus is the only decent one Renly-it hard to care about someone who had a plan to be king by starving people(only the smallfolk suffer) and wanted a pregnant 14 old Dany dead. He also was not a great uncle toward his niece, a giant treat her better then he did (it is a minor offense compare to the other two things i mentioned). Tyrion-shallow hypocrite. he claims to be for the outcast but he did not object to the Patchface rumor(even a yes man like Pycelle had a problem with it). Dany-She relies both on her dragons and being underestimated.
King Tristifer IV Mudd
Well, I care about Daenerys insofar as she effects other characters arcs. But if she were to die I'd be ok with it. I also really don't care about Jorah, as of right now Arianne(but that could change in the next book). Penny also I don't care for her
