Here is what's going to happen, put to you in as simple a way as possible: I will give you till the deadline to finish working on the clues. Take into account the free theme hint below. You can purchase a more useful theme hint for half of your theme points total if you get it right or close. Every hint you purchase to a clue will cost you 1 point. Just send me a PM in our existing conversation telling me “I would like to purchase a hint to clue number ?” Clue answers will be posted on the thread once the deadline has passed and everyone has sent answers in. Lateness will mean I cannot post the answers at the time I intend, so in order to keep everyone scoring points in each round (you cannot win if you miss out on guessing points in a round), I will wait for everyone but there will be penalties imposed upon lateness (please check the end of the first thread post for further info). Once all answers are known, you will then be given your next character assignments for round 2. A couple of days will be given to then vote for your favourite clue with the knowledge of how the clue works. Keep your authorship a secret, please. I will post your explanation of your clue alongside it when I post the answers so people can completely understand your clue if they didn't before. So all that's left is to wish you all good luck and give you the free theme hint below and the clues. FREE THEME HINT ROUND ONE CLUES 1. Wanton warrior offed good high “dwarf's” priest.2. Elegant lady, slaver of knight.3. Escorts lady - “squishers!”. Outlook..killed.4. Engulfed leafs signify obedient knight.5. Woebegone winsome only girl hides...Daddy's place.6. Wedding waffler. “Old” gaffe hurts. Decidedly puissant.7. War winner, obviously. God's hero. Deathly pink.8. Warden where one girl's hairy direwolf perished.9. Wetnurse-weaned. Outlaw's groom. Has dawning prospects.10. War weary old ginger. Home's Dragonstone, presently.11. Walked “Walk of Guilt”. He's developed piety.12. Waves weapon. Opaque goal – hijacking declarants parley. I may add a 13th clue if my missing player shows up. EDIT: this looks less and less likely. Your deadline day is Tuesday 3rd February. If anyone needs an extension, please let me know by the end of Saturday 31st January. EDIT: one more thing.
