polishgenius
We miss Mkhitaryan so badly. He'd have been shredding that defence.
Rorshach
I am thouroghly shocked that Oumar Niasse suddenly looks like a halfway decent player. ETA: Wenger deciding that an easy away game is the best place to rest Sanchez. Makes sense /sarcasm.
Consigliere
Some top notch games today. Massive wins for Swansea, Leicester and Palace in their relegation battles. Looks like a change of manager has had the desired effect for Leicester.
Mark Antony
Why did Wenger drop Aiexis?
Philokles
Probably to coerce him to renew his contract.
Mark Antony
Haha I mean he cant possible be resting him for Bayern can he? Liverpool have been great so far which is equally pleasing/frustrating. Hope they put the same effort in vs Burnley next week but I doubt it.
Rorshach
Arsenal look horrible. Then again, this is Liverpool playing a direct competitor. So that means they're good today.
Castel
Arsenal look tepid. Like, no will, can't seem to play out and are lucky Coutinho didn't make it even more embarrassing. I can't wait for Arsenal FanTV.
Castel
Just now, Soylent Brown said: Better from Liverpool (unsurprisingly), but 2 goals isn't much of a deficit against a determined team Yes, but this is Arsenal
Philokles
A few more Liverpool goals and they might be over the mental block when playing mediocre teams.
polishgenius
It's a brilliant plan really. Arsenal have only the one player who runs, so letting Liverpool tire themselves out by smashing them before letting him loose on their tired defence is the best way. Consigliere
Typical Liverpool. There was never any doubt that they would put in a good performance today and beat Arsenal.
BigFatCoward
Newcastle are surely almost there now. However it's a week division, and that team needs serious investment to avoid coming straight back down.
Iskaral Pust
Of course we beat Arsenal. Who's even surprised any more? If we do manage to squeak into the CL despite losing or drawing with every team threatened by relegation, we'll probably beat all those big teams too. And then drop points to Ludogrets or whoever. Celtic might be the one small team who wouldn't know how to take points off us. Treat it like a telenovela and enjoy the entertainment. Just don't expect a bunch of hard-nosed consistent winners who grind their way to a title. That's for the boring clubs like Chelsea or the old Utd, or even the old Wenger before he discovered his fun-loving side.

I agree! not a team that survives in the premiership. but still, fuck it. winning is fun! and in local football news: first game of the final season at rfk stadium for dc united! it will be a fun send off for this stadium!
