I am now fairly sure the massacre at Saltpans will be included, because if not, why show the piles of salt while Arya negotiated with the captain?Then Brienne will have some encounter that will lead to Pod saving her life and gives us hints of schemers and agents. She will also have a run-in with Tarly. In the midst of these scenes there will be rumours of Stoneheart, Nymeria's wolf pack, and some Freys hanging by the roadside, as well as wandering sparrows.We'll have Arya and Bran's training and both should be very cool. Sansa will be on new stuff. Rickon might appear again.We'll have the sparrow movement in KL, maybe the return of Lancel. We'll have the cultural friction at the Wall, as well as Ramsay's wedding, the build-up to the battle of ice.Dorne and the Myrcella plot. fAegon...It's going to be great. I think it was a good move. That subtelty would stand in shrill contrast to having Brienne meet Hot Pie, who tells her about Arya and the Hound and then accidentally walking into Arya a day later. No I don't believe that is the reasoning behind it. Brienne could have easily walked into a bar and hear about the hounds' death. acosta Posted June 16, 2014 Share Posted June 16, 2014 It's not really her reveal that matters to the story anyway, but more her corrupting the Brotherhood from a righteous band of freedom fighters who are the only people who care about the smallfolk into a murderous band of revenge-seeking lunatics, and she's probably leading Brienne into a choice between Jaime's life or her own life. Those seem like fairly important plot points, but it doesn't really matter how far in advance they reveal her existence, because none of that will happen for a long time anyway. Not sure if it makes me happy or sad. I felt that resurrecting Cat cheapened the story quite a bit so I was kinda hoping that there will be some deeper meaning to it. In the last one, he dies and Catelyn is revealed to be undead.- What a huge wtf-moment to end the season on and leave the fans guessing for the next 9 months to come!- Show-only-fans are going to get spoiled. At least 60% of them. You can try to contain a secret like this for a year, but 2 years, when everyone expected it to be revealed right now? She probably believed quite realistically that Stonheart would be included in this Ep and probably wasn't filled in much on the secrets of completely separate storylines. She likely wasn't planning for the COMPLETE FUCKERY that D&D decided to follow in skipping the character. I mean, who would? What writers on Earth would pass up the amazing cliffhanger of Stoneheart and just decide to completely IGNORE THE THE CHARACTER at this ripe time instead?? So stupid.
