lil' ghost
Drinking a very nice local Ontario wine, Vineland Estates, Elevation Riesling.Rieslings can be so beautifully crisp and lovely. :)Riesling is a great choice! excellent for any time. Sometimes too sweet, but some can have a bit of tart fruits added to give it more complexity and they're so easy to sip. Mmm (eek, I feel like I'm being a wine snob)
Woofless
Find Rieslings a bit too sweet for my tastebuds. Prefer, when drinking white, a light Pinot Grigio.

Howlin' Howland
In round 3 9 of 16 players used a carriage return in their answers. That's not an effort to be clever, that's a crutch for dealing with lots of letters.

Aegon the Poached
In round 3 9 of 16 players used a carriage return in their answers. That's not an effort to be clever, that's a crutch for dealing with lots of letters. It's a way to control the rhythm and emphasise the rhyme scheme. Stonehearted Snake
So is punctuation. I think of these epithets as like poetry - and poets use plenty of carriage returns, often in odd places. And actual graves do too.
Stonehearted Snake
Umm I just realized that it is Friday night and I am heading to bed and thought, "ooo, need to check if the scores are out and new entries posted first!" Fragile Bird
I would like to point out that I suggested that something poetic and rhyming would be a nice touch, but that it wasn't a requirement since the letters might not work for everyone. :)

That's not an effort to be clever, that's a crutch for dealing with lots of letters. Have to disagree HH. For me the carriage return is what makes it an epitaph. I want entrants to show me exactly what they are envisioning on the headstone. Or as near as possible.

Lady Blizzardborn
1. 8. Begone guilt, yesterday's petty harms - Relish life's peaches, after storms 2. 2. Baratheon's gone- Youth, plucked Heaven. Rainbows lament, Praising all Seven. 3. 7. Baratheon's greatest youngster perished heinously - Realm lost popular aspiring sovereign. 4. 13.
