Davros Seaworth
I came here to comment that I've just read the Golden Carol awards, I'm very pleased with the results. Then I came here and saw some stupid crap the showrunners are saying about Ramsay being a scamp and now I just can't...

You know what, the Carols dearly lacked a category for "Best Outside the Episode statement by D&D". Alas, maybe next year.

Le Cygne
Well, I've watched a bunch more panels, and all of the others were professional...

Ruhail
The GoT panels i can never go longer than 10 mins without closing. I think I'll cheer myself up with the Marvel one.
The fanny from hell
You make it sound as if it's not only the usual suspects (Sophie "Boss Ass Individual" Turner, Iwan "Ramsay's a Misfit" Rheon, Maisie "90's girl who actually grew up in the 2000's" Williams, etc.) saying stupid stuff, but the whole bloody cast. Is that so? I don't follow much Comic Con and the like.

Alas, maybe next year. Yes definitely. Only, there wouldn't be a great deal of contest in it, would there? This year or last!

Well, at this point I don't think I can hold it against the actors for them to find a way to keep themselves motivated. Surely they can't talk bad about the show, and they have to take the script as it is handed down to them...

I still love Rory mainly because he doesn't get swept away by the bullshit environment on set and with the show in general. He also read the books which really come through in his performance. He's the only one I still genuinely like from the cast.

George has pointed out in the past that when the actors go to SDCC, they are paid to be there, and well that means they are employees acting their part. The big Cons like SDCC are considered shows instead of Conventions now because of things like that. It's why I have a hard time taking most of them seriously. They are there to make money for their employer. I agree wholeheartedly about McCann. He seems like he's still a super nice, normal guy. And sober. Sometimes these actors and actresses seem drunk, or something.

Le Cygne
Yeah, that's a shame. The other panels were not like this. There's nothing amusing about saying Jon Snow is stupid and Littlefinger's sadism is cool. And the showrunners are just going along with all of this. Here's an article talking about that... I think D and D are a big reason why it's like this. A lot of what they did this year has been a middle finger to George and the book fans. The fanny from hell
The only reaction videos that matter are the ones from the Red Wedding, period. The rest are mostly show stans wanting to goad about how "unpredictable" it is. Well, all the deaths and forced shocks have made it toally predictable. Nothing going on for the show now, in reality. The Knight in Motley
Oh look, apparently D&D are feeding that Arya=Waif theory or at least playing it up for more fanservice.
