Areisius
Jaqen H'ghar. If that doesn't happen to complete her story arc then there are no consequences for breaking their rules which Arya has done time and time again. They kill in inconspicuous and clever ways. The Faceless Men don't like to call attention to themselves or their murders. They offer what is known as a "precise" killing, with no other casualties, that might look like an accident more often than not. They are believed to most commonly use a poison called "the strangler." This is likely the poison Arya is supposed to murder Lady Crane with in season six. Consider the way Arya was supposed to kill her as well: she was meant to sneak backstage to poison Lady Crane's drink. Even if it didn't look like an accident, it would've been impossible to trace the death back to Arya. They serve the Many-Faced God and do not decide who dies. The Faceless Men see themselves as the servants of their god. They are merely acting in accordance with the will of this higher power. As Jaqen H'ghar says to Arya many times, the Faceless Men have no say in who lives or dies. They live to serve. They have left their identities behind. This is one of the core principles of a Faceless Man. You must give over everything to the Many-Faced God. On the show, this translates to becoming No One, as Jaqen H'ghar puts it. In order to don the faces of countless others, one's identity must be entirely wiped clean. They are not supposed to know their victims. On the show, Jaqen says the Faceless Men must let go of their personal vendettas, and they're not supposed to have previously met their victims. This seems to align with the principles of any assassin. It is a contractual kill, it is not personal. The murderer must never have an emotional stake in it. https://www.popsugar.com/entertainment/What-Rules-Faceless-Men-43754514
The Red Waste
Wouldn't those same rules prohibit him from killing Arya though?

Yeah I don't think Jaqan's character can kill her, it would have to be another FM. In particular because Jaqan knows her.
nyser1
I don't think it will be Jaqan sinply because I don't think he will be in the season.

The Red Waste
Something shady about the Faceless Men, they seem to make up the rules as it suits them. If they're assassins for hire then it's not really the many faced god making the call is it, it's whoever is paying the bill. I suppose they claim to run it past the mfg for approval before taking on a job but how is their hotline to god accurate, is it the same hotline Melisandra was using like? And if there has to be a fair exchange, life has to pay for death, are they going around secretly curing cases of cancer? Do they carry out selectively genocide if the world's population starts to rise? If a fireman saves three people's lives does a FM offer to murder three people for the fireman? Since Arya saved Rorge from burning to death and then got to kill someone else instead and then went ahead and killed him herself afterwards does she now get to nominate someone to be saved from death? If there is only one god and his name is death shouldn't the FM keep postponing jobs because "not today"?
StoneColdJorahMormont
lol as if DandD are gonna be finishing that Arc... with 2 episodes to go its a gonna be limited to Cersei's death.. who survives and what happens to the throne. Since the show took over the books Westeros became much smaller.. the wide varied storylines got dropped and focused in and around the Starks and Lannisters. TNTW
I don't think she will die.
dbunting
If she does, I think it would be Jon because GRRM likes to gut his fans. Complete nonsense to follow... Arya takes someones face, to kill Dany or Cersei, and Jon then kills Arya not knowing it's her. He kills the one he loves most, light bringer asso bok choi blah blah blah. Roux
There's literally no time to do anything creative with this. I'm posting this at the end of The episode but still. No time to do anything creative with (anything) it.
martianmister
Hopefully Daenerys.
Jarl Halstein
Why would Arya die? There'd be no point in giving her a dramatic death. Arya will kill Daenerys.

bloodsteel bitterraven
Arya won't die. The final scene will be Arya riding off into the sunset. Oh wait, they already did that in this episode.
lomiller
7 minutes ago, Areisius said: No she won't. LMAO. Have you not been paying attention to the story? At this point the only 2 credible outcomes are Jon killing Dany or Arya doing it. This episode was pretty firmly setting it up for Arya to either kill her or play a major role in her death. If Arya does die it would be in the process of killing her

a girl knows nothing
I was expecting her to die as a result of Dany’s fiery temper tantrum and for her and Jon to lock eyes right before she was killed. And then that would be the final straw for Jon. Ah well.
