Stubby
Getting off the World Cup for a bit. (I started to type getting off the WC for a bit ) Just when the Eastern States Sheffield Shield teams thought it was safe to play WA, along comes nephew of Tom - David Moody, continuing the somewhat nepotistic make-up of the Western Warriors. He has 2 wickets on debut so far.
Stubby
Back on the WC. [giggles] Cracking game brewing here between UAE and Ireland. Both my guys have done OK but more importantly the game itself looks like it should be a beauty.
Petyr's Little Finger
Good fightback from the UAE to get to 278 from 131/6. The rest of the Irish chase should be interesting.
Consigliere
That was a soft dismissal. Kevin O' Brien had the game in the palm of his hands. UAE have a glimmer of hope now.
The Anti-Targ
Damn, I missed making some transfers for the last couple of games, now I've slid down the rankings. At least I have the next 3 games covered, but I gotta remember to change up my captain. How do people amass so many points with so few transfers? DJDonegal
This game is going down to the wire... 10 runs needed, 12 balls and 2 wickets remaining. Ireland chasing UAE's 278-9.

DJDonegal
Whew that was close. Great running by the final Irish pair - stole a lot of singles that weren't really there.
Consigliere
Best game of the tournament thus far. Massive win for Ireland considering the position they were in at one stage.
Petyr's Little Finger
Nice last over thriller, finally we get one a game that goes down into the last over. Kevin O'Brien and Gary Wilson did well to get Ireland into a winning position. Group B now is really interesting. Ireland have won two games so far . If they win one game against Zim/Pak/SA/Ind they have a good chance of making it into the quarters if they keep their net run rate high I think. If they win two more then they are definitely in the Quarters.
Xray the Enforcer
I was only able to stay awake for the first five overs, sadly. Will have to catch this one on HLs or replay this weekend.
Xray the Enforcer
Oh god. Fursuit Mania *could* have done worse (worried about those Ali runs), but still. A pox on you, Wilson. I went up to 10th again. :(
Hereward
I wasted two transfers bringing in Irish players that didn't get registered in time for some reason. :(
Consigliere
I don't know how the hell I am still in 3rd place. It's only a matter of time before I head towards my comfort zone of midtable mediocrity. Fursuit Mania is on the up and up. I need to watch my back. :P

They may have changed to a squirrel fursuit given the climbing they are doing. ;)
DJDonegal
Finally did something right! Captain Sangakarra; oh right.
Petyr's Little Finger
Sangakkara and Dilshan are legends, brilliant knocks. What a game Scotland vs Afghanistan was. The two most thrilling games so far this WC IMO was UAE vs Ireland and Scotland vs Afghanistan.
Consigliere
More reason to guarantee at least two places for associate members at the next WC.
Maltaran
I forgot there were two games today, so I didn't change the captain for the SL-Ban game. At least I still had Sanga on the team.
