SchpaceLord
Hey all, Longtime lurker/first time poster. What is Varys's mission? Is he off to kill Kevan?
Free Greatjon Umber!
I think he is off to get Dorne to back Daenerys. He said they needed allies in Westeros
Lord Lannister
Align Dorne, kill Kevan, kill Pycelle and hand Cersei the keys to the wildfire vault.
TheSerb
Considering how much they've changed from the books, who the hell knows.

ummester
Yes, I agree, the eunuch is going to enlist the Pornish boob squad - he is the schemer behind team sexy chicks with dragons. How is it that team sexy chicks is ending up with a bunch of eunuchs, a pussy whipped warrior that fondles his daggers and a drunken dwarf as the male components, anyway? Is this trying to say something about men, sexy chicks or both?

Rhollo
My first thought was also "He's going to Dorne" and my second one was: "Oh god, please don't go to Dorne"
The Dorne Ultimatum
Could he not be heading to Volantis to meet with Yara and Theon? They have the fleet Dany needs... you can envisage it now: the Slavers' siege continues well into Ep10, only for the Iron Fleet to arrive and send their ships to the bottom of Slavers' Bay. I'm pretty sure that's it. Or he somehow already got word about Eurons plan and goes to the Iron Islands to take a look at his 1000 ships Another option: Varys is abandoning Dany (because he doesn't like the cooperation with the R'hollor fanatics), knew the Slavers were about to attack and just got out of Meereen before they attacked. Ferocious Veldt Roarer
Kills Kevan, just like in the books. In this continuity, Daenerys, not Aegon is his horse, but killing Kevan still seems like a good move.

gandalfxj
Varys does't need to go to KL. He killed Kevan to keep up the chaos there, but in the show chaos is still very much ruling KL. I was wandering how much control he still has over his little birds. Qyburn took over some of his netword in KL. I wonder how that will play out or if They just forgot about that. Survivor92
He's gonna teleport to King's Landing in 2 episodes and kill Kevan at the end of E10. E9 has the Starks claiming back Winterfell so we need a lot of deaths in E10 to make the situation more dire. So, E10 will end with the wall coming down, Kevan being assassinated, the Sept burning down by Wildfire (Cersei) and Tommen jumping from a window. McAssey
I think Cersei will instruct Qyburn to have the little birds take care of dear uncle Kevan (and perhaps Pycelle also). Varys is up to something else.
Ludo Kressh
I fear he's going to Dorne, but Tyrion mentioned an expedition which tells me Oldtown or some other place to find information or gather something for the fight ahead. But yeah, probably Dorne. ~sigh~

But Theon and Yara are headed to Slaver's Bay anyway, so it would be a waste of a trip. Plus, he said Westeros. I mean, I guess he could make a pit stop by Volantis and say hi to the Greyjoys and then be in Westeros to get rid of Kevan, with time in the show now being all wibbly wobbly timey wimey. Well, he said they need allies in Westeros, not that he was going there. The Iron Fleet was my first thought.

I'm not sure killing Kevan and/or Pycelle helps Varys in the TV show. In any event, TV Varys seems hardly capable of pulling the trigger on the crossbow. I guess book Varys didn't either until he did...
