James Steller
Just to make it clear, Westeros' five cities are not options. Nor are Winterfell, Riverrun, Casterly Rock, Sunspear, Storm's End, Pyke, Highgarden, the Eyrie/Gates of the Moon, and Dragonstone.

John Doe
Off the top of head, Runestone and that dornish castle in the middle of the desert guarding the only well in miles seem like good choices. High Tide maybe as well?
theblackdragonI
from any period? Whitewalls or High Tide from existing period: Starfall or the Arbor

HouseFossoway
Hightower and High Tide (Velaryons) and New Castle (Manderlys) all seem like cushy places to live, and I would have plenty of opportunities to increase my wealth through trade Do Xaro or Illyrio's mansions count? TheSeer27
Probably somewhere in Dorn. Dorn reminds me of Latinas and pornhub knows im a big fan of those.
Oracle.Clear.Rivers
High Tide (destroyed) or Starfall and Claw Isle's Castle (existing). I would like to add Summerhall too but they belong to the Targaryens.

So KL, Oldtown, Gulltown, Lannisport, and White Harbor (with their castles Red Keep, The Hightower, Gulltown, Lannisport [don't think there is a Castle there], or New Castle) are not options either? I do not know what is so interesting about Starfall, and I do not know why anyone would want to live in a swamp like Greywater Watch, or in the desert of Dorne. At first I was thinking Summerhall, but @Oracle.Clear.Rivers pointed out that it was a Targ Palace. I think Yronwood would be a good location. It is strong, in the mountains. John Doe
Oddly enough the Dreadfort seems like a nice castle too, apart from its reputation and all that.
