Roswell
Daario Theon Black Walder Hizdahr Sandor Belwas Brown Ben Gendry Sandor Marwyn Tyrion Varys Greyworm Pick 3 from these very different men who you think will give the most to the watch. But they have to avoid breaking their oath. So who can keep their vows and give the best service at the wall.
The Sunland Lord
Number 5 and 9. Two Sandors are welcomed with their fighting ability. Marwyn. He probably has knowledge of how to defeat the others. If there can be only one Sandor, I guess Grey Worm instead of the second Sandor.
Megorova
Marwyn. Because he is the best maester in their world. Tyrion. He's smart, and thus will be able to make peace between Watchers and wildlings, and efficiently unite them against the Others. Brown Ben. Tyrion is smart, but he is not a warrior, he has nearly zero battle experience. While Brown Ben is a prominent warrior, and martial leader. While Tyrion will be dealing with political and social aspect of managing Night's Watch, Brown Ben will be commanding warriors during battles. Darth Sidious
Well, Theon, Varys, and Greyworm will keep their oaths. They won't take their vacation at Mole's Town. Marwyn might know something useful. Black Walder, Daario, Brown Ben Plumm, and Sandor can fight. Gendry can make weapons. Greyworm, Black Walder, and Sandor. GW is a man of discipline who can fight. Black Walder has family he wants to protect back home. He will fight well. Sandor has no place else to go. These three.
Stormking902
Sandor: because hes extremly talented at killing a man. Brown Ben: a talented commander who is also decent politically can come in handy. Varys: Im sure over his time at KL hes accumulated a vast amount of dirt on this lord and that lord, useing black male he could gain a sudden huge flux of new Nights watch recruits and supplys. Ralphis Baratheon
Gendry: He apprenticed and learned under one of the best blacksmiths we know of in the series. He's also big and could potentially be a very capable fighter and battle commander like his father Bob, Also if he joins the NW no king or queen or any combatants for IT would seek to kill him and eliminate the threat of any claim he might have, as weak as it may be. Greyworm: Would follow orders and would not be afraid of the Wildlings or even the dead. While the strength of the Unsullied is not in singles combat, the Watch is in a position where they need whatever they can get. Perhaps he could teach the Wildlings how to use shield and spear and form shield walls. Daario: Daenerys would bring her dragons and armies to the Wall to save and protect her beloved sellsword. He could also send her a raven saying not only is he at the Wall but her uncle Aemon is there as well. Dany would make haste and get there as fast as possible. Through his relationship with Daenerys, Daario would be the best chance the NW and Westeros has if he randomly decided to join the Night's Watch. Giant Ice Spider
The Watch has need of a new blacksmith, so Gendry. The Watch has need of red-shirts (I suppose they'd be black-shirts) to send beyond the Wall, so Black Walder (plus I hate him) The Watch has need of brains (and a new lord commander), so Tyrion. Those are my three.

Daario will hang out in Mole Town. Gendry is too immature. Black Walder will follow Daario. Brown Ben doesn't like the odds and isn't signing on. Hizdahr is useless. Marwyn, for his medical skills. Sandor and Greyworm for fighting wights.
Curled Finger
Yah, I thought 2 Sandors was good too. Avoid breaking the oath--is this the original oath or the the current oath? Sandor, Gendry, Greyworm and Daario all seem like men who need something to believe in. They might dig the whole dark knight thing at the Wall. OTOH, Varys, Marwyn, Brown Ben, Hizdar and Tyrion are politically connected either locally and globally. OTOH, Strong Belwas and Theon are survivors. I got nothing for Black Walder. He's a sneaky SOB and I guess that could be useful somewhere at the Wall, but I can't identify it. He's got a million male kin--the Freys could man 1 of the last 2 castles left vacant?
