Terrorthatflapsinthenight9
There has been many times where siblings in Ice and Fire world teamed together to achieve a specific goal, conquer lands, defend their homeland, rule together and other things. Such examples include and are not limited to : - Aegon the Conqueror and his sister-wives, as well as his half-brother Orys Baratheon. - Torrhen Stark and Brandon Snow. - Jaehaerys and Alyssa Targaryen - Aemond and Baelon Targaryen, Jaehaerys and Alyssa's two eldest sons. - Daemon Blackfyre and Bittersteel, opposing Daeron II Targaryen and Bloodraven. - Tywin and Kevan Lannister - Hoster and Bryden "The Blackfish" Tully, when not fighting with each other. - The Tyrell siblings No doubt that the Stark children are going to become this, something their father and elder brother cruelly lacked when they needed it, in future books. Of all these siblings trams, which one is your personal favorite, and why ? Which are the sibling teams that could have been awesome, but didn't happen due to how dysfunctionnal their relationship is/was ?
Corvo the Crow
Baratheon siblings. Great if you want to tear a realm apart.
Rondo
Like them or hate them, the brother-sister team of Jaime and Cersei stole the kingdom from the hapless Baratheons. I think the Gods were punishing Robert for his horrible crimes against the Targaryens. Robert's rebellion was a crime which left a deep, festering wound in the fabric of that world. The Gods saw fit to punish Robert. They inflicted him with Jaime and Cersei.
Canon Claude
16 hours ago, Corvo the Crow said: Baratheon siblings. Great if you want to tear a realm apart. The irony is that the Baratheon brothers could have easily been unstoppable. Robert’s war prowess and charisma, Stannis’s sense of justice and willingness to promote the right men to the job regardless of social class, Renly’s social skills and adaptavikity, they all have traits which, when properly combined, would produce the greatest ruler that Westeros has ever seen. Plus they would all keep each other’s flaws in check. Stannis could reign in Robert’s hedonism, Renly could remind Stannis not to disappear up his own ass, Robert would prevent Renly’s ambition from going too far. They had all everything in their grasp and instead they let everything fall apart because they never actually loved each other.
Aejohn the Conqueroo
I like team Reed. Very curious to see what the future holds for them. Regardless of that though they worked well together and managed to get Bran safely to the cave in the north. So many of our siblings are rivals or hold hidden grievances against one another so I thought these two's honest affection brought a little something endearing to the tale. James Arryn
From what we see from the outside, the Tyrells are the least dis-functional family in the books. All seem to have real abilities* AND genuinely care for one another. Maybe if we saw inside we’d know that, dunno, Alerie treats Loras like crap or similar, but otherwise that’s my top family without question. Not exactly what you asked, but that’s my ~ answer. *Mace might be the exception, though imo he’s probably play acting. Either that or he keeps falling down into success, and bred a family of bright children despite being a moron. Not impossible, but given GRRMs take of replicable genetics, unlikely imo. More likely is, again another recurring motif, he’s an anthropomorphic representation of his sigil, seemingly just empty adornment until you try grabbing it for yourself. The Bard of Banefort
I think that, eventually, Theon and Asha will be a sibling powerhouse. Theon is the only one who can dethrone Euron, and he’s been humbled enough that he isn’t going to object to Asha making a lot of the decisions. Aegon III and Viserys II saved the realm, although that was more Viserys propping Aegon up through sheer willpower.
Takiedevushkikakzvezdy
Just now, The Bard of Banefort said: I think that, eventually, Theon and Asha will be a sibling powerhouse. Theon isn't in a very good physical shape, though. I do think that still has a part to play, but I doubt that he'll last very long.

James West
Prince Viserys and Princess Daenerys. The two royals made it through exile and one of them is now the most influential person in the world. Because of Daenerys the movement to end slavery in Essos has begun and the world is slowly experiencing a necessary revolution. Jon Snow and Robb Stark. The two half-brothers who really f*ck3d up the North and the wall. Jon, Bran, and Arya will become a Triumvirate of Darkness in the upper North. Jon and Arya will rule over the wall as the new NK and NQ. Bran will be the KoW in Winterfell beneath the tree. Bran will enslave people via skinchange. Rhaenys, Visenya, and Aegon for obvious reasons.
