NFL 2021: Full Speed, Eyes Closed, Can't Lose

Barnwell had an article a few days ago about QB dominoes this offseason.  In one scenario he had them trading him to the Panthers for a conditional third rounder that could turn into a first if he stays healthy next year (like the Wentz trade). In the other scenario he had them trading him to the Giants for Jones and a third.

The PFF article had him to the Panthers for a 2022 4th and a 2023 2nd.

Interesting. I’m not sold on the Panthers trading for another QB though. I’m surprised the Steelers weren’t in the mix for him. I think your best case scenario is Wilson to the Giants for three first rounders, Rodgers staying in GB and them getting nervous and overpaying for Jimmy.

I think the best place for Rodgers has to be Denver. Elite defense and good skill position players makes them enticing. I think it was also in the Barnwell article that he thought Denver could trade Jerry Jeudy and some picks for Davante Adams.

Of course, all this depends on Rodgers actually be willing to leave and not just grousing for more love and say-so.

He'd do fine as a backup, they're gonna need one anyway.

Daniel Jones is Daniel Jones. A pick is often bad, but it could be good. I'll take a could over a Jones. You can get him for the league minimum after they cut him anyway.

Well yeah I'd take a pick over him, but he'll do as a veteran backup - and I do want Lance to have a veteran backup.

Carson Wentz is out with COVID because apparently he is a moron and didn't get vaccinated.

I am very upset about this because me and my friends have our annual pick em, and I'm narrowly first place but very much relying on the Colts winning their final 2 games (the rules are complicated, so no, I cannot just change my picks).

As they used to say in the Star Wars EU:

You're borked.

Ehlinger sucks

Well what did the fukstik blurt out, must've been pretty bad?

He went on a tirade about how the Ravens should intentionally try to injure Joe Burrow for running the score up on them.

Here’s a a bit of the worst of it…

You want to sit up there, you want to run the score up. You won't get the benefit of the doubt. And listen, I guarantee you - it's called 'red dot.' And every Raven and former Raven understands what the 'red dot' means. ... You ain't no tough guys. You will not get the benefit of the doubt. I guarantee you he will not last long in this division. They're gonna make sure they become headhunters whenever they go against them. He's gonna get the rib shot. He's gonna get the neck shot. He's gonna get the tackle-his-arms-make-his-head-bounce-off-the-ground shot. He's getting all of that. ... It's a culture. It's a culture. The (Ravens have) still got killers. In Cincinnati, they've got nice athletes. They ain't got no killers. They've got no killers over there. ... Listen, the order has been sent. The order has been sent. The order has been sent. We call it 'red dot' in Baltimore, and it's on him.

So wait a minute... isn't this exactly what Sean Payton had to sit out an entire season for?
