Lord of Oop North
Saw a few deals, so I picked up: Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell by Susanna Clark Perdido Street Station by China Mieville Fatherland by Robert Harris Its about time I read PSS. I've been meaning to pick it up for a long, long time.
Gigei
I was an idiot and bought "Agyar" by Steven Brust, not realizing I had already read it. I guess that speaks for the quality of the book when a reader can't recall anything about it until more than halfway through it.
ThRiNiDiR
Saw a few deals, so I picked up: Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell by Susanna Clark Perdido Street Station by China Mieville Fatherland by Robert Harris Its about time I read PSS. I've been meaning to pick it up for a long, long time. awww...just my personal opinion. haven't read fatherland, but i own jonathan strange and PSS - and both were preety much sucky sucky for my tastes. of course my opinion is in minority around here concerning these books. i hope you like them though. Amras
None of these will be arriving any time soon, but I just picked up: Books: Last Argument of Kings (pre-order) by Joe Abercrombie The Armageddon Rag by GRRM Comics: Transmetropolitan vol. 3-4, written by Warren Ellis Preacher vol. 2-3, written by Garth Ennis Wormwood vol. 1 by Ben Templesmith Black Hole by Charles Burns I'm slowly working my way through Transmetro and Preacher. Comics are too expensive to get every volume at the same time, especially when I'd also like to check out some different stuff, too. "Black Hole" was purchased solely because Neil Gaiman has adapted it for the big screen.

Lord of Oop North
I suspect the RedEyeGhost has a large to-be-read pile. I bought Cyteen by CJ Cherryh today because I saw it on sale.
RedEyedGhost
I suspect the RedEyeGhost has a large to-be-read pile. I've 57 (I think) on the tbr pile. I blame it all on this board, before I found this place I would never have more than 2-3 books that I hadn't read. Not that I mind though I've 'found' so many good reads on this board that an ever expanding tbr pile is worth it I know mine's not the largest on the board either, I think beniowa and kcf have said theirs are in the 200's. (Calibander's is probably very large I would imagine as well.)
Thrashalla
I picked up Kay Kenyon's Bright of the Sky today. I was looking for Swanwick's The Iron Dragon's Daughter, but none of the stores I went to had it and the Kenyon book kept catching my eye in each one, so it defeated my feeble willpower and is staring at me as if it wants better placement in the TBR pile.
