So this woman says would literally make wives have less political power than their husbands.

And the right still holds her up high.

Next I’ll imagine making it illegal for women to property once more would be on the bracket.

Bizarre. She's confusing households with families and families with nuclear families. Many households have adults present in addition to a couple, or are group households of un-related adults. Many people don't live in families and many don't live in households but in institutions and some don't live in dwellings.

Not to mention they break up and reform all the time, so good luck determining who is entitled to vote in each election.

So if you imposed this rule on couple families in their own household you are substantially disenfranchising people in that situation compared to students in dorms, people in homeless shelters, people living alone, people sharing accommodation etc. Bet she wouldn't like that.

If she thinks that the man should have the vote I don't know why she doesn't shut up and make way for a man to speak.

Easy fix their for her. Women just won’t be allowed to divorce their husbands.

Also, I do think she’d like to make it possible for land-owning white males to have any input in government.

I’m betting she’d squeal “Women’s rights!” the second immigration is brought up, and how we can’t allow Muslims, and brown people into the country, because they’d erode it.

damn would it be funny if she was given the chance to do a live speech and just torched her family.

I expect any of them could do that if they wanted to.  The problem is that they don't unless you catch them on a secret recording.  I doubt any of them actually like each other at all.  That's their world and I think it is sad.

Also, in bingo related news, I did not have Sandmann on my card.

I think he has a good chance of winning. lots of flags and racism, drama and bullshit. If not, he'll be at the point he expected to be in 2016, losing, claiming a stolen election, and following the Steven Bannon playbook to ruin western democracies

Yeah, I hope you are wrong, but... Whatever we may think of Michael Morre, I share his concerns. Plus the fearmongering when white people get killed in Portland...

Dear Gods, Trump is openly pushing his daughter as a successor already. Er, the people are, of course. The people.

Michael Moore is entirely irrelevant.  He predicted Trump would win in 2016?  Great.  He also predicted Romney would win and was even cagey about Obama's chances in 2008 when everyone knew he was gonna win after "the fundamentals of our economy are strong."  The only interesting thing about Michael Moore's predictive capacity is that he's always going to predict the right will beat the left because the latter aren't as left as him.

That's good to hear, I only knew about his 2016 predictions. Nevertheless, I have never recovered from 2016 and will only be reassured when Trump has been escorted off the grounds and Biden is sworn in... maybe not even then!

I mean, of course Trump supporters are going to these places now. They know that red hats with the slogan "MAGA, A" are not gonna fly. I, otoh, would love to see blue caps with "It is what it is".

ETA: I hope the Dem's message will be "all of this is happening on HIS watch, not ours".

Which is really too bad.

I am here as well.  I'm trying to avoid pure negativity but I live in a country that elected Donald Trump President.  That terrifies me.  The other day I'm trying to drive to work and I can't get past the Trump caravan of monster trucks.  I read later it was estimated at 600 vehicles.

I go down with the classic Trump ticket BS Pence spouts.

[America needs a President, who] believes in America.

[something, something] Christian values.

[something, something] conservative Supreme Court

Flat out denial of observable reality wrt to Trump and his behaviour.

Also a line I'd love to hear, but that won't pop up.

Mother told me...
