  1. Yes.  Somebody has to stop slavery.  It's been going on for far too long.
  2. Yes to the self-defense she had to do in the Riverlands.  No to the murders in Braavos.
  3. No.  The slow murder of an ignorant child for personal gain.
  4. No.  Theon could have gone back to Robb.
  5. No.  He looked like the usurper.
  6. No.  Popularity has no role in the line of succession.
  7. Yes.  He has the legal right to the position because he got the most votes.
  8. Yes.  They are Targaryen loyalist.  This is what loyal men are supposed to do.
  9. No.  Why not walk away and leave the past behind.
  10. No.  Tywin should meet Robb in battle.  Walder should change sides and fight with Tywin against Robb and Edmure.  Roose is in a bad place.  He had been betraying Robb all along.  He had less options compared to Tywin and Walder.  I might say yes for Roose.

Just about anything with a sword fight I have seen. Especially that masterpiece of one.

Also, just about anything with Janet Leigh!

My mom loved Stewart Grainger.  That was my recollection of the film.  It will be many years later before I came across a copy of the book by Sabatini and bought the movie shortly thereafter.  It is timeless.

Except for hating him and wishing him dead for killing his wife and grafting that hate onto Cersei to "enjoy". Monetary generosity is not the only form of kindness and love. Tywin makes it clear to Tyrion that he saved him only because his name was Lannister and that his capture was an embarrassment to their house that couldn't stand unchallenged.

Renley certainly had no love for his family and he never wanted for anything material either.

I suppose it's a matter of perspective.

I suppose it may be perspective but to me, Tyrion owed everything he had to Tywin.  He never had to worry about money.  He spent the better part of his adult life drinking, laying with prostitutes, and letting Tywin pay for all of it.  Tyrion's smart but it is Tywin's money that bails him out of trouble.

Yeah, I wish they had made it a few years later. It would have benefited from the wide screen treatment. I've always found Stewart Granger to be a little stiff as an actor, but he was the Harrison Ford of the 1950s, so if you like adventure films he's your guy.

Yes and they both know it. It's this sick little dynamic they have; a tug of war of wills that Tyrion loses by killing his father. Tywin dares him to do it, trying to call Tyrion's bluff and then Tyrion calls Tywin's bluff and shoots him. He may be dead, but Tywin won the battle of wills.

1.  Yes.  Any action taken against slavery I will support.

2.  Yes or Riverlands and no for Braavos.  The ones in Riverlands were a threat to her, the ones in Braavos weren't.

3.  No such thing.  Sansa is trying to help Robert Arryn.  In fact, I think that Sansa and LF are working at cross-purposes with Robert, and that will cause trouble in the future.

4.  No.  His father was an idiot, and the plan was doomed to failure.

5.  Yes.  Stannis reasonably considers himself the rightful king, so I think he is justified in trying.

6.  No.  Renly is too much of a lightweight and has no legitimate claim to the throne.

7.  Yes.  I think Jon has done a solid job as LC.

8.  No.  I don't know what they are planning, but since I don't like or trust either of them, I probably won't like it.

9.  No.  I consider tywin one of the main villains of the story, but he was the only thing holding Westeros together.

10.  No.  Violates every sacred principle there is, and is going to cause lots of problems in the future.

10] It is causing us (Freys) problems now but we had to decide before the window of opportunity closed.  It's not like Tywin to give us the luxury of time.  Roose was already in on the Operation Slay The Wolves.  We had to get on board or we could have lost our bridge and made to pay severe war damages.

  1. I do support Dany's anti-slavery campaign.  She needed to help those people.
  2. The killings in the Riverlands were self-preservation.  Yes to that.  I don't support what she did in Braavos.  Those were murder.  She had no right to kill those people.

1. Yes. Slavery is a terrible thing though I do believe she is a bit hypocritical as she didn’t seem to mind it when Drogo was ravishing lands. It was the “price that had to be paid”.

2. Riverlands yes. Braavos not sure.

3. Yes. Sansa doesn’t have much of a choice.

4. No. Robb had let him go and he had grown up with and was a part of the Stark family. Balon didn’t care about him.

5.  Yes. Stannis is the rightful King. Robert has no legitimate sons.

6. No. Renly had no right and was challenging his brother for it.

7. Yes. He was duly elected and has been giving one impossible situation after the next and has done fairly well. He hasn’t always adhered strictly to his vows but followed his moral compass and always made the right decisions imo both as the LC and a righteous man.

8. Yes. It seems as though they have the best interests of kingdom.

9. No. There was no need to kill him he let his emotions get the better of him.

10. No. Just no. The Freys were disrespected but this was no response. The Bolton’s were sworn to House Stark. The Lannisters I suppose since this isn’t the first time Tywin has done something like this and they were at war.

1.   Yes.  Dany is doing the right thing.  This is a great way to get experience on how to change society.  The time will allow her dragons to reach adulthood.  She gains loyal troops of professional soldiers.  It was a good decision because it helps bring freedom to the slaves.

2.   No to the murders in the riverlands.  No to the murders in Braavos.  In sum, I do not support Arya's decision to murder people.

3.   No.

4.   No.

5.   No.  Stannis is not fit to be king.

6.   Yes.  There is a good reason so many people don't want Stannis to rule over them.  He will be terrible on the throne.

7.   Jon has the right to succeed Jeor but he made a mess of it.  Jon's feelings for the Starks led him to make decisions that greatly hurt the Night's Watch.  Do I think Jon was properly elected?  Yes.  Do I think Jon was a competent lord commander?  No, he was the worst since the NK.

8.   Yes.

9.   No, that was murder.

10.  Yes.  Walder Frey did what he thought was best for his family.  Robb was a rebel after all and betrayed him.  The RW hurt the North but helped everybody else.  Robb's campaign was bad for most people.

1. Yes but she didn’t have to turn Astapor into a hellhole to do it

2. Depends if they deserve it (actually reflecting on this she’s about 10 or something so she shouldn’t really be an assassin)

3. Yes Robert’s annoying

4. What else was he meant to do? Sit on Pyke and count rocks?

5. Yes he was rightful king

6. No he shouldn’t have even had Storm’s End

7. Yes

8. No they are snakes

9. No Tywin was my guy

10. The Freys are snakes too

1. Yes but I hate how Astapor and Mereen turned into hell on earth at the end.

2. No, Arya had no right to kill Dareon, she is Not Lord of WF

3. Yes, boy lords are bane of a house, I bet everyone is scheming against Sweetrobin

4. Yes

5. Yes, he knew about the incest and as Robert's closest kin, he is king of 7K

6. No

7. No

8. What did they plan exactly? If you think about Aegon being crowned King then yes I support an educated and caring king that is loved by the kingdom.

9. No, Tywin should suffer for his war crimes against Elia and Rhaenys

10. Yes, an easy solution to Robb's campaign.

1. Yes it’s a just cause. The people have set Dany upon their shields.

2. No she should have went North rather than given in to despair. She’s running away from her problems.

3. She’s playing Littlefinger. She knows enough to reveal him to the Lords of the Vale and then she controls Sweet Robin.

4. Madness and stupidity.

5. Yes. That part of it.

6. No. Stannis had no male heir and was old. He simply had to wait and should have backed his elder brother rather than imploding House Baratheon.

7. “Too soon” - Tywin Lannister regarding Jon Con

8. They have botched this plan. They shouldn’t have invaded Westeros without having Dany in hand.

9. Yes. He had it coming.

10. No. Tywin could easily have secured a military victory or compelled a surrender by this point. They possessed a 10 to 1 advantage in men. Instead he built a House of Cards in the Riverlands and the North by martyring the Starks. You break by humiliating them, which Rob was managing in his own.
