Just as it would be unacceptable to tell people who posted in here to go on a diet. It should be equally unacceptable to tell those with lower BMIs to eat a sandwich. Body policing ain't cool

LL, you need to eat a sandwich friend. That's wicked light.

Nah, it's really not. I've lost a bit of muscle mass in the last year or so. Used to be about 180, 182. Running cutbacks have slimmed my legs a bit, and granted a bit of flab on the stomach area. Sad panda.

And I like my sandwiches, thank you very much :)

Since this thread started in 2012, I have been working my my way down the list with a weight loss program. I admit I started on being most like somebody from Croatia and now I'm on Iraq.

I have been using this chart as a measuring stick for how much weight I've lost. I've just noticed Serbia is omitted from the list.

I'm not done yet as I'm STILL heavier than the country of my birth as well as my country of residence.

I didn't see this first time around, so I just did it now.

Born, raised, and living in the US. I'm good with that score. Would like to get a little... well, not necessarily lighter, but lower body fat %.

Same BMI as S John a couple years ago, but since I'm now 30 I'm guessing that's why the percentages are different.

My all time high was 75 kilograms last april, after which I decided I needed to lose some weight. After a low of 62 kilograms I've been hovering around 63-64 kilograms since november/december. Still need to improve my muscle mass though.

A few months ago I was a Samoan

Now I am an American, working on becoming an Albaian in the next 6 weeks.

I hope to one day be from Singapore.

As a teenager (18), I had a BMI of 15, it was not unhealthy...it just took a while to fill out.

Now,

will always be my anthem, and I feel no shame in it.

Still haven't made it to Singapore, but am finally getting closer

BMI 27

You're most like someone from Guyana

Excellent since I was back to Samoa last fall.

:) I lost a lot of weight about 3 years ago and that is something I'm very happy about. I'm more comfortable and confident.
