peterbound
I'm 6'2", 175 lbs. Where I live, I'm a hefty dude. A guy my height/age around here is likely 10-15 lbs lighter than me.LL, you need to eat a sandwich friend. That's wicked light.
Chaldanya
Just as it would be unacceptable to tell people who posted in here to go on a diet. It should be equally unacceptable to tell those with lower BMIs to eat a sandwich. Body policing ain't cool N

straits
LL, you need to eat a sandwich friend. That's wicked light. It could be a body structure thing though. I'm 6ft1 and 175 pounds and I have to force myself to get there. At 180 lb I start looking out of shape.
Lightning Lord
LL, you need to eat a sandwich friend. That's wicked light.Nah, it's really not. I've lost a bit of muscle mass in the last year or so. Used to be about 180, 182. Running cutbacks have slimmed my legs a bit, and granted a bit of flab on the stomach area. Sad panda. And I like my sandwiches, thank you very much :)

Ordos
Since this thread started in 2012, I have been working my my way down the list with a weight loss program. I admit I started on being most like somebody from Croatia and now I'm on Iraq. I have been using this chart as a measuring stick for how much weight I've lost. I've just noticed Serbia is omitted from the list. I'm not done yet as I'm STILL heavier than the country of my birth as well as my country of residence. Inigima
I didn't see this first time around, so I just did it now. I'm good with that score. Would like to get a little... well, not necessarily lighter, but lower body fat %. Same BMI as S John a couple years ago, but since I'm now 30 I'm guessing that's why the percentages are different.
