(1)and states that already have them? what are they?(2) what is the usa to the rest of the world?(3) i know that you dont care how the rest of the world views the usa, as long as you can do as you want, you can keep sending drones and keep killing women and children, and be happy about it.

(4)and the thing is that people like you are the reason why people should fight against US supremacy, you guys are fucking bloodthirsty, havent you got your fill allready? jesus

(1) Problematic

(2) Hero

(3) Only at folks trying to attain a power they have no right to. Only at bad people who try to threaten human lives with their technological advancement. That's what having nukes is, it's a threat. No more, I say. The world has enough threatening actors.

(4) That's ridiculous. There's no fighting American stewardship of the world. See previous posts, about how that's gonna work for Iran.

Ah, c'mon! C'mooooon!

Just imagine it. Forget how gen Z says they wouldn't fight for the country, once we let them drop bombs with their phones this country will be unstoppable.

We could solve global warming in a month. Restrict sea trade, enforce carpooling and use of public transit the world over! People will plant trees just to have something to try and hide behind as Tik tarded teens traverse the skies from the other side of the globe. We will regulate use of the internet, to decrease the mobilization of dissidents! There will be only one trading partner for all nations, America. Decreased need for oil will cripple Russia and the West Asian cartels forever. Spice production will slow, until it is only a fraction of what it has been... and when that happens--

We'll have a corner on the scarcest commodity in the universe:lol:

You think if we start a scorched-earth war with Iran they're the only ones who'll get involved?  :(

Hear me out. What if we sent in five teenagers wearing different colored suits who can morph and also have giant beast machines they piloted. Then we also send in a team of puppets to give them air support with one of them acting to distract the enemy. How can this plan fail?

I live in Tampa, teach very close to MacDill where CENTCOM is headquartered.  A lot of students - including Gen Zers - have served.  This isn't funny.

The Opperman Foundation slaps RBG right across the face.

Ginsbergs family is quite incensed, saying thier mothers name should be removed from the award and that this years honorees are a complete betrayal to what she stood for or would have endorsed.

(It’s a military base, so I don’t count as a Florida Man)

In hilarious news, millions of Texans found their access to adult websites unexpectedly blocked yesterday unless they provide proof of age.

Amateurs. They should have been redirected to a website playing a video loop of Trump reading bible verses, regardless of age.

I'll save you the time:

Now war really can be waged from the air.

The ignorance of history on this subject displayed in this statement is astounding.

In terms of demos, one thing I'll say I don't buy is the (comparatively) porous numbers Biden is getting among Black voters.  Again, I don't think the polls are "wrong" in this regard, it's just important to keep in mind polls are snapshots at a certain point in time.  I think push comes to shove, Black voters will come back to Biden come November.

That's what I think too, or at least I hope thats the truth. Biden needs those large Black turnout numbers in cities like Atlanta and Philly to stand a chance in those states. At the same time, ignoring troubling signs among some sections of Hispanic voters is what resulted in the Miami-Dade disaster, and I wouldnt want his team to ignore those signs. I hope some outreach is planned to the communities comprising members of his 2020 coalition.

Certainly so.  Albeit, comparing Black voters' ties to the Dems - and even Biden - to Miami-Dade makes it less worrisome IMO.

But since you mention it, I do think Dems should be worried about the increasing bleeding among Hispanic voters - particularly lower educated male Hispanics.  That one I think is real, well beyond just the Cuban-American vote in Miami.

Took him this long to notice ... suppose better than nothing, yah?

It's got to be the Democrats testing the waters for Biden, I think.

Pence refusing to endorse Trump is not surprising.  What would be surprising is if anyone cares.

I don't know man, I'm a little surprised. The Republicans he has shit on only to then receive their endorsement used to be surprising. Then again, I guess Pence is the only one he ordered murdered, so maybe that left a bad taste in Daddy's mouth?

Pence isn't an elected official, and his main ambitions seem to be simply funding conservative (i.e. horrible) causes.  He has no reason to fear Trump anymore.

Politically you mean.

Who knows?

Perhaps if former President Trump regains the White House we might get a mob, “Hang Mike Pence” redoux.

I mean, maybe in a Night of the Long Knives type of thing, but he's gonna be on that list regardless.  And what's a redoux?

It's kind of significant, since, back in 2016, right wing Christians like my parents thought that Pence was the real guns behind the ticket: the true committed radical. The fact that a #2 who was so admired is not endorsing his old #1 should be significant. But, there's cult brain for you. He's not even a thought anymore. Fealty to the king is stronger than ever. If Pence is brought up in conversation, it's likely as a weakling (which...fair).

Heck if I know. I’m not in charge of the ever changing mess that is the English language. (I suppose I meant Redux. You nerd)

In happier news, this happened a few months ago.

Louisiana may get a second Democratic house member this election cycle. The old congressional maps were far too racist.
