Soo much BS slowmo, but it looks like they've borrowed bits from every SF franchise under the sun (mostly Star Wars but there's quite a lot of Dune and even a bit of John Carter of Mars in there). Snyder's a fun stylist. He hasn't got the chops for much beyond that, especially for a story of his own making. As long as he keeps it to 'I wanted to make a Star Wars movie but they wouldn't let me so I made this' it could be fun to at least a Chronicles of Riddick level. In terms of inventiveness it's definitely gonna be a less original space fantasy epic than Thor: Ragnarok was. Probably than Guardians too. But I suspect I'll still enjoy it.
