This makes me very happy.

The Great, Slow-Motion Humiliation of Piers Morgan

Quote

For all the promotional fanfare, Morgan has gone from Good Morning Britain to good evening no one. The show has averaged just 62,000 viewers per night, a staggeringly low figure for a peak time slot, and at some times has even attracted a number of viewers so low it officially registered as zero with one audience research board. For Morgan, there may be no darker fate.

So what is actually happening with this show, which proclaims itself to be an explosive, no-holds-barred forum for Morgan’s most outrageous opinions? I watched a full broadcast and found a bizarre collage of content. Over a very long-feeling hour, Morgan railed against the rise in shoplifting during a cost-of-living crisis; reported on Elon Musk’s latest tweets; spoke to various pickled-looking talking heads including Howie Mandel and Anne Robinson, the widely despised host of The Weakest Link, about whether or not Morgan was going to get invited to Simon Cowell’s wedding, what a “woman” is, taking the knee, police in rainbow helmets, and “saving Britain from the woke virus.” I began to dissociate as Robinson started debating whether giving trans people rights would have a detrimental effect on aristocrats inheriting their family estates through ancient British primogeniture traditions.

Whom is any of this for?

It really is time start binning the glorification of the British Empire, an undeniably evil and racist endeavour. And, no, the building of some bridges in Nigeria does not negate all the theft, slavery, and general fucking cuntishness of it all.

A good place to start would be the honours system. Knight of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire? GTFOH.

It might be arbitrary in their day to day lives since they have the use of the castles and palaces and jewelry and art that are owned by the state, but when the time comes that the monarchy is abolished, the monarch is only worth about $600M and only privately owns a handful of those residences/jewels/art.  $600 million net worth makes the queen not even one of the richest people in the UK.

So they will be absolutely fine then, for generations to come, so long as they don't squander it with greed and incompetence.

Hell they and their immediate descendents wouldn’t have to work a day in their life too meet out a living that’d be more comfortable than 99% of humanity.

On the primogeniture thing:

To many conservatives the issue of what a woman is only concerning as far establishing their hierarchy which is as follows: God(who is a man despite not having a penis), men, small men(otherwise known asboys), man’s best friend(male dogs), depending on your country men’s guns(otherwise known as metal penises), and then finally women/girls.

I’m being slightly facetious.

"When the Labour leader, Keir Starmer, arrived minutes later, the crowd remained quiet."

It's better than being booed, I suppose. At least, that's probably what his spad whispered in his ear as he walked sadly to his seat.

How trans aristocrats fit into primogeniture is a genuine reason why self-identifying stopped being a valid way of legally changing your birth certificate back in the 1970s.

Damn the UK used to be way more cool in regards to trans people.

I guess it’s wrong to say the UK is regressing in regards to trans rights. Transphobic extremists are just radically pushing the country into a radically bad direction.

Still it’s best to junk the whole sexism thing too in regards to primogeniture.

Sad to think it was better for trans people here in a century ago than it is now.

Or it can be looked as a realistic and natural place to get back to.

The culture warrior right(the treacherous and cowardly lot they are)  do love to pretend their level of bigotry on a given was always the norm in their society until a recent point, they try to frame their radical moves as keeping within that norm.

It can be good to take this argument from when it’s applicable.
