WarGalley
Aside from dinosaurs running amok, is there any other known premise or plot of the movie? The third movie was almost boring and this one looks like it's going to be a copy of the first one.
AndyBaelish
I think it's set in a world where it's been open for a while. Then something goes wrong.Anyway, I'm just excited to see dinosaurs on screen again. My nostalgia glasses are on.

The Mance
An island. Pratt. A new attraction. Chaos. That's how it always starts, but then later there's running, then screaming.
Martini Sigil
The third movie was insultingly bad.... I mean, the second one was terrible with the gymnastics raptor kill and everything.... but I don't think I've ever hated a movie character more than Tea Leoni in that abysmal affront to entertainment ... and yet, I'll be a sucker and go see the new one.... mainly because of the time lapse between the movies... It lends itself towards the slim hope that it might not be just another franchise milking.
Jaxom 1974
The Nerdist comparison to Jaws is apt, I think. I admit to wanting this movie to be good...http://www.nerdist.com/2014/11/universal-unveils-first-trailer-tease-for-jurassic-world/

Fez
Trailer's on youtube. I rather badly want this to be good, but that trailer looks just awful. I mean, a genetically modified "hybrid" dinosaur? Is that really necessary? ETA: Also, is it my imagination or were those supposed to be tamed Raptors that Pratt was riding with at the end? Just typing that makes me feel dumber.
Jace, Extat
Alright, I'm suckered in. It'll probably blow, but I'm in. Although, is it just me, or are the twenty year old effects of the first one better than what I just saw in that trailer?

awesome possum
I'm normally one who easily gets on the HYPE train for movie trailers but that was kind of underwhelming.
Nictarion
Looks awful. I agree with Jace too, the sfx don't even look very good. The giant dinosaur coming out of the water looked like some shit out of Lake Placid or something.
Kalbear
I think the raptors are going to be working with Pratt. Sounds a lot like one of the ideas behind JP4, with genetically enhanced velociraptors hunting something else.
Corvinus85
Trailer's on youtube. I mean, a genetically modified "hybrid" dinosaur? Is that really necessary? Why not? They were finally able to create a nice, stable park for people. So in what direction would they go? (not counting not making another movie) Jurassic Park has always been about the arrogance of man, trying to match God's accomplishments. This is taking it into that direction. First they resurrected dinosaurs, now they're creating them.

Slurktan
ETA: Also, is it my imagination or were those supposed to be tamed Raptors that Pratt was riding with at the end? Just typing that makes me feel dumber. Likely genetically modified to act like dogs. Sadly I have to say that there is way too much CGI and most of it bad. I'm hoping its just unfinished and rushed for a trailer but sheesh.
Consigliere
I'll probably end up watching this movie even though I don't have high expectations.

(not counting not making another movie) Jurassic Park has always been about the arrogance of man, trying to match God's accomplishments. This is taking it into that direction. First they resurrected dinosaurs, now they're creating them. There was no need for the plot to start with a stable park already open and in place. And even if that was the direction to go in, there are already giant murderous reptiles everywhere, no need to create ones even better at killing for no apparent reason. What, is the park being run by the Umbrella Corporation now?
