At the very least it had characters I liked and a central reason for the heist that I could get behind. Agreed, the first one was good. After that the deus ex machina became ridiculous. Amazing performance from Eric Bana. Didn’t expect it to be so funny either, going off the other Andrew Dominik movies I’ve seen. Too bad this doesn’t have a U.S. Blu-ray release, as I would definitely buy it. It’s not on Itunes either. Wtf. Anyways, Bana saying goodnight to Shazzy always cracked me up. So fucking weird at the end.

The concept is everything goes according to plan, you just don't know it until the big reveal at the end. Why does anyone ever like these movies? It isn't more complex than a bunch of pretty people walking down a cat walk. Have to agree with the others, the first one was really good, after that well it's all down hill. Heartofice
I can’t even remember it that well but I remember Oceans 13 not being totally terrible, better than 12 at least
briantw
Haha just got to one of my favorite scenes in The Shield when they plant the gun on the dog they shoot in the season four premiere. "Come on, Roy. The dog had a piece. He was gonna use it."
drawkcabi
Bob Saget is hosting a new funny videos show on ABC. I'm calling it, tonight's when the television reboot fad has jumped the shark.
Martini Sigil
Watching a British miniseries called Paranoid, starring Indira Varma... It's really weird... I don;t know how else to describe it... Tin Star S2 (Amazon) starring Tim Roth, and Secret City (Netflix) starring Cate Blanchett doppelganger Anna Torv are on deck.....

SpaceChampion
The Ocean's 11 series is the plot equivalent of a Mary Sue character.
Nictarion
Watched the new Ricky Gervais Netflix show After Life. Liked it a lot. Figured I would, as I like pretty much everything he does. Thought it was really funny, and it hit me in the feels a few times, especially the last episode.
briantw
Watched the season two premier of AP Bio. This is one of the better network comedies I've seen. Just consistently funny and all the kid characters are great. I also like the new focus this season with Jack trying to write a book about how common people find happiness. It has some clear shades of Economy Dennis from Always Sunny (including "beer o'clock") and it's great.

Grand Moff Mithrandir
I haven't really watched anything since June 2018 I'm doing a rewatch of GOT and I am currently on season 2. I'm hoping I'll have caught up (I've never watched seasons 5-7) before season 8 starts.

Tywin et al.
Does anyone else have a go to movie they use to fall asleep? Mine is A Streetcar Named Desire, but I think I’m at the point where I can’t simply watch it ever again….
Kalbear
I can't believe they did what they did in Deadly Class this week. I mean, I knew it was coming since it was in the comics, but - they actually went there.
