It is clear, terse and understandable to anyone with reading skills, instead of very specialized lawyers. They understand entirely this is going to be tried in the court of public opinion at least as much as in the federal court. Which language skill and comprehension can't be attributed to the criminal defendant and his criminal co-conspirators in their crime plan -- how many times since the televised Grand Jury Jan. 6 testimonies read and heard 'passing around USB ports like heroin" -- "should have been searched ... for USB ports" --from their ilks (presumably the ilk a/k/a rudy? Do they even know what a USB port is? Assuming that what they thought is a 'USB Port' is a flash drive? I am also impressed that the indictment calls a crime a crime, a criminal plan a criminal plan and a criminal co-conspiracy a criminal co-conspiracy. It would have been a great legal defense because they could have claimed that was how they were operating… regardless… most of the factual allegations are already well known and public record.
